"Unfortunately, I cannot fully understand the positive reviews. I had a burger with sweet potatoes. The meat was quite thin and dry and tasted strong after pepper. The order was not fried after medium or medium. Medium would not have been advisable for this meat quality. Probably frozen paddle. The supplement was okay. The whole part of the amount sufficient. The store was visited rather sparingly. Cosy western atmosphere! The service was nice, but not really on Zack. The person had to drink or call after the wave. I wouldn't eat there again."

"an absolute recommendation. Eating is incredibly tasty and differs significantly from all other restaurants with similar cuisine. ambiente is appealing, not overcharged, personally is consistently friendly, always a nice funny word on the lips. Eating is, as already said, very tasty and without flavor enhancers. by the type of dressing, they can sit comfortably, grab and eat small portions again and again in rest without eating cold."

"Am Anfang fand ich das Geppetto sehr gut von Ihren Pizzen und Nudelgerichten her.Leider ist das in letzter Zeit schlechter geworden.Der Pizzaboden ist nicht mehr richtig durch und somit schlabbrig.Die Pizzasoße war auch schon würziger und schmeckt mittlerweile nach nichts mehr.Auch die Nudelgerichte hätte teilweise bisschen mehr Würze nötig.Schade eigentlich."

"Ich bin immer wieder begeistert vom leckeren Essen im Klimperkasten! Ich war schon sehr oft zu Gast mit meiner Familie und egal was ich gegessen habe, es war immer Spitze. Auch auf meine Extra Wünsche wird jedes mal eingegangen und aus meinen verrücktesten Ideen was tolles gezaubert Die Bedienungen sind immer sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch sehr schön ist es dort größere Feiern zu veranstalten (Geburtstage z.B.) Klappte immer alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Und gab immer ne kleine Überraschung für das Geburtstagskind Ich kann's einfach nur weiterempfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch im Klimperkasten"

"Das Downtown ist mittlerweile zu meinem Stammlokal avanciert. Der Grund dafür ist die gediegene, rustikale Atmosphäre im Kellergewölbe, die nette Bedienung und natürlich die Karte.Und Leute, die Karte ist der Hammer! Ich bin Whiskeyfan und habe nirgends eine umfangreichere Karte gesehen. Auch Bier gibt es ohne Ende. Ich habe sogar mein Lieblingsbier aus der Dom. Rep. entdeckt! Natürlich habe ich dort auch schon gegessen und egal was es war, es war immer supi! Positiv fällt auf das die Küche bis 1 Uhr geöffnet hat und das man hier einen großen Raucherbereich hat, in dem man wahlweise auch essen kann! Finde ich als Raucher natürlich genial, da es das sonst nirgends mehr gibt.Auch den Nichtrauchern sei gesagt, dass ihr dadurch in keinster Weise gestört werdet!Ich kann es nur empfehlen als erste Wahl um einen schönen Abend mit Freunden zu verbringen!"

"Vorne weg... Das Fleisch hatte eine gute Qualität.Klar, als Aushängeschild für ein Restaurant sollte es so sein. Nur leider haben die Beilagen daneben sehr zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Zum würzen des Fleisches bekamen wir ein Steakgewürz dazu gestellt. Kann man machen, bei diesem Fleisch jedoch hat Pfeffer und Salz ausgereicht. No Go war dass die Gewürz - Menage total verdreckt war. Da sollte man darauf achten. Während des Essens wurden neben uns Tische für den nächsten Tag umgestellt. Vielleicht hätte man damit noch 5 min warten können. Das war sehr störend. Es war noch nicht einmal Küchenschluss, trotzdem hat der Chef schon alle Kerzen im Lokal ausgepustet. Klar, es waren wenig Tische besetzt aber das wirkt dann doch eher wie Rausschmiss. Man merkt dass Kellner nicht richtig geschult sind und Tagesgerichte oder Getränkeempfehlungen von uns durch Zufall auf den Tafeln entdeckt wurden aber nicht durch das Personal empfohlen wurden. Preis-Leistung für das Fleisch stimmt. Jedoch für den Rest nicht."

"Wer hier Familienfeiern und Hochzeiten ausrichtet ist hier gut aufgehoben. Wer dagegen einfach mal Mittag essen will sollte sich zum Frühstück satt essen. Wir waren mehrere Male zum Mittag hier und sind trotz Kritik an den Portionen immer wieder enttäuscht worden. Wer zu einem Gericht 5 Mandelbällchen serviert und weit über 10 Euro bezahlt wird hier sicher enttäuscht sein.Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier überhaupt nicht.Hier wird offensichtlich mehr Wert auf große Feiern und Events gelegt.Das Personal dagegen ist immer freundlich und die Atmosphäre stimmt auch.Wenn hier noch an den Portionen gearbeitet wird gibts nichts mehr zu meckern. "Not the most beautiful location, but better go take your own food than order with liferando, they messed up everytime my order, bad delivery service. Reposting a new review: The biggest disappointment of Burger King, delivery service is awful and pick up or ordering from the restaurant is awful too. Staff without masks and gloves, no beard protection, and guys coughing over products. I ordered through liferando many many times, everytime the order was messed-up, and ordering from the restaurant is the same, they messed-up my order there too. Staff personnel is not guest oriented, no smile, no enthusiasm, nothing. I will not recommend to no one to eat from this place, only if you want to have fun and get a messed-up order. Clearly I will never order from this restaurant."

"Der Burger war sehr lecker. Personal hat leider nicht viel Ahnung von dem was sie verkaufen. Dabei ist das vegane Angebot schon sehr sehr spärlich. Dann sollte man doch wenigstens dazu etwas wissen. Und, ohne das es böse klingen soll, als Kellner sollte man sich seiner Figur entsprechend kleiden und sich nicht in zu enge Kleidung zwängen. Also meine Angestellten dürfen so nicht an den Tisch. Ich bewerte hier ausschließlich das Essen, ansonsten wäre die Bewertung wohl etwas schlechter..."

"We stayed on Saturday 02.03.2019 with the whole family, 8 people there.(Reserved) The reception was friendly, but the table at the entrance was not so beautiful. At about 3 degrees outside temperature quite unpleasant if the door is constantly standing up because guests go in and out, or someone has to smoke in front of the door. The table we offered was right in between. The drinks and food had to be served as the service did not come through to place every guest his drink and eat in the place. "In Summe nur eine 2. Die anderen Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Es gibt in Gera aber andere Restaurants die wirklich eine 4 oder 5 verdient haben. Die Wartezeit war weit über eine Stunde, die Preise sind im Verhältnis hoch und die Qualität war an diesen Tag nicht vorhanden. Vieles was die Fertigküche hergibt. Fertige Rösti, Pilze aus der Dose. Die Bratkartoffeln schwarz und eigentlich nur Kümmel. Wir werden nicht alles aufzählen, aber als Ergebnis und wegen des Preises reicht es nicht für eine 3. Was gepasst hat war die Freundlichkeit."

"Ich muss sagen ich habe das zweite Mal bestellt bei der ersten Bestellung war alles super. Es hat sehr lecker geschmeckt und der Lieferant er sehr nett. Doch bei der zweiten Lieferung wurde ich sehr enttäuscht Döner war lecker aber die Nuggets und die Pommes waren kalt und fat dann kam die Lieferanten zu spät und dann hat sie mir vergessen die bestellte Cola zu geben. Also ich muss sagen ihr müsst ein wenig daran arbeiten. Ich mag euch und euren Service ich werde auch weiterhin bei ihnen bestellen aber es muss sich was ändern. lG Franziska CJD gera"
