"Not the most beautiful location, but better go take your own food than order with liferando, they messed up everytime my order, bad delivery service. Reposting a new review: The biggest disappointment of Burger King, delivery service is awful and pick up or ordering from the restaurant is awful too. Staff without masks and gloves, no beard protection, and guys coughing over products. I ordered through liferando many many times, everytime the order was messed-up, and ordering from the restaurant is the same, they messed-up my order there too. Staff personnel is not guest oriented, no smile, no enthusiasm, nothing. I will not recommend to no one to eat from this place, only if you want to have fun and get a messed-up order. Clearly I will never order from this restaurant."

"Am Anfang fand ich das Geppetto sehr gut von Ihren Pizzen und Nudelgerichten her.Leider ist das in letzter Zeit schlechter geworden.Der Pizzaboden ist nicht mehr richtig durch und somit schlabbrig.Die Pizzasoße war auch schon würziger und schmeckt mittlerweile nach nichts mehr.Auch die Nudelgerichte hätte teilweise bisschen mehr Würze nötig.Schade eigentlich."

"unfortunately I cannot judge the restaurant well. the first job was a armored cheese. a first problem, there was no cheese, an old natiw halloumikäse was offered. because the service for salads and appetizers was not there, the waiting time was hardly long. the second order was a vegetarian kebab with baked aubergines, zucchini, schafskäse etc. unfortunately these details did not occur. instead of cheese, I had swirled on him that were not given at all and instead of zucchini I had baked potato slices in my kebab. tastefully it was okay, but don't hurt that I don't get what I ordered. the service was hopelessly overwhelmed and unstructured. the last was very spoiled, so after a few minutes stay unfortunately everything (clothes/hair) after eating raw. "A great Italian restaurant with a modern flair. The food is really excellent, I have eaten at Solino several times and have never been disappointed. The employees are generally very nice too. However, once I came across a waiter who obviously didn't like my choice of menu and then commented on how it didn't all fit together. A factual note is nice, but that was inappropriate. Especially since he tried to ignore our table for the rest of the evening, even though we clearly indicated that we would like to order something else. Therefore there is a star deduction for service. In general, I really enjoy going to Solino; on my other visits, everything was just right."

"the kutscherhaus in gera is a very nice and especially well maintained restaurant with a beautiful farm where you can also eat outside under large umbrellas in shade. the personal is friendly. despite a large number of guests and without pre-order, it did not take a quarter of an hour until the food was taken. plenty of parking spaces are available for free in the immediate vicinity of the kutscherhaus. the house itself and also the ambiente look appealing and clean. 5 stars!"

"i would prefer to give 0 stars. we placed our order and were told we had to wait 90 minutes, all well and good, but when the food arrived at home and i looked under the pizza base, there were small green spots underneath (mold? not only that, but so the pizza was most likely only warmed up again because it tasted like it was fresh out of the microwave and not like it came from a pizzeria: long time and eating was for naughty!ori we have given our order there we have to wait 90 minutes, all nice and good but when eating has arrived at home and I have looked under the pizza floor were under there small green spots (smooth? not only that also the pizza was made warm again with high probability because she tasted like fresh from the microwave and not like a pizzeria : long wait and eat!"

"this restaurant, as it seems simpes not to have any criticism. we have already eaten in very good sushi restaurants, among others in weida and the numerous other sushi restaurants that our city has to offer. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed here and we were very upset about the size of the part and the quality he set in the day. no person expected that they would like to receive a full administration for 25€, but at least for one person this should provide a good basis. we live in a society where they can express free critique. Unfortunately, this company does not go into the thing, but insulted in the answer to a review also the customers who have paid for their money. on the one hand this is deterrent for new customers and on the other hand they do not win these customers back. they can simply apologise as a good business and make it just better (as a small excitement for future unequalities with customers.) our statement is clear who so childishly deals with the opinions of the paying customers who also give drinking money without having seen the ware, unfortunately not to appreciate the value of the customer. we will spend our money in the other Sushi stores of this city and avoid it from location forever. our recommendation is clear, goes more into another business where the customer and the associated money are appreciated and not, as is being pulled into the dirt here, insulting the customers and bad quality as well as the size of the portions."

"In Summe nur eine 2. Die anderen Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Es gibt in Gera aber andere Restaurants die wirklich eine 4 oder 5 verdient haben. Die Wartezeit war weit über eine Stunde, die Preise sind im Verhältnis hoch und die Qualität war an diesen Tag nicht vorhanden. Vieles was die Fertigküche hergibt. Fertige Rösti, Pilze aus der Dose. Die Bratkartoffeln schwarz und eigentlich nur Kümmel. Wir werden nicht alles aufzählen, aber als Ergebnis und wegen des Preises reicht es nicht für eine 3. Was gepasst hat war die Freundlichkeit."

"Zum Mittag hatte ich wieder einmal Lust auf einen schnellen Döner. Der Laden war sauber und groß um sich auch einen Platz zu suchen. Der Döner mit Schafskäse war echt Okay sodass ich satt geworden bin. Ein Wunder kann man natürlich nicht erwarten aber er war alles in allem echt in Ordnung !"

"Um 21.35 bestellt, da sagten sie am Telefon, kein Prolem nur bis 22 Uhr müsst ihr da sein, also fix ins Auto und wir waren 21.53 da. Sagt die wunderbare unheimlich nette (Ironie) Frau doch, wir können sie nicht mehr raus geben, weil sie sie nicht fertig bekommen bis 22 Uhr.... "Ich muss sagen ich habe das zweite Mal bestellt bei der ersten Bestellung war alles super. Es hat sehr lecker geschmeckt und der Lieferant er sehr nett. Doch bei der zweiten Lieferung wurde ich sehr enttäuscht Döner war lecker aber die Nuggets und die Pommes waren kalt und fat dann kam die Lieferanten zu spät und dann hat sie mir vergessen die bestellte Cola zu geben. Also ich muss sagen ihr müsst ein wenig daran arbeiten. Ich mag euch und euren Service ich werde auch weiterhin bei ihnen bestellen aber es muss sich was ändern. lG Franziska CJD gera"
