"It’s the second time we visit this hotel. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean but small. We were people and there is no place left in the tripleroom when the sofabed is made up. The breakfast is OK, due to it...is served on a tray, but you can get extra if needed. The parring arena is already full late afternoon, so don’t arrive to late. We love that you are given a small bag of treats for your dog on arrival, that’s something other hotels should learn from as we always pay for the dog and There isn’t any ekstra cleaning or services for dogs in any hotels. They could give water and food bowls. So Thanks agsin. The only reason for giving and not is the small room for people when thw sofabed is made. Our son hurt his knee when he tried to get around the bed."

I was with a friend eating and we were the only people in the restaurant, it was a Monday evening. the service was extremely friendly, very accommodating and rather inconspicuous in the background. no eternal question and no eternal smoker breaks before the door. everything as I would feel comfortable.We ordered a grill plate that was apparently a bit swirled. instead of gyros, souvlaki and bifteki (grill plate one person) there were chicken fillet, souvlaki and bifteki (theoretically half a grill plate for several people). we both felt this as not bad and rejoiced about the food: well made rice, very well roasted meat and nice spices. otherwise you get something more furdry when smelling. everything was extremely juicy. now, unfortunately, eating was rather sweet and also the herb salad that was added was more in order than totally delicious.After our two beer and eating there was for us the obligatory (very good) ouzo after the offer of the waiter and we left both with approx. 20€ less the place.Factory: delicious food, super service - and unfortunately the invite makes the impression a little hot-smooth guided to be. but who cares about the paper deck when you feel extremely comfortable all night and we felt that there - we felt very comfortable."

"I was surprised that this was listed as a budget restaurant because the meals are mostly still at least However, they’re huge, so they’re a good value for the money. There’s a wide array of schnitzels with different types of sauces. The menu has...various other meats too. What it lacks is much of a vegetarian entree unless there happens to be a seasonal specialty like asparagus. Given how good most German restaurants have gotten about vegetarianism, it surprises me that they don’t offer much more than sides. There have been multiple times my husband and I have skipped this restaurant because there’s nothing for him. The restaurant is always busy, so it can be hard to get in without a reservation. They would be better off actually removing some tables because they’re packed so tightly that some are often unusual. Though the inside is quaint, the right space and harried staff make the dining experience seem hectic."

"This restaurant is a favourite among locals in the Goettingen, known for its sumptuous game dishes and traditional baked potatoes. It is hard to reach minutes by car from Goettingen), but it is well worth the drive and a delight to know such a...place exists in what is a bland city from a culinary point of view. The space itself is rather quaint and the closest I have seen in the area to a traditional German family restaurant. Expect a low ceiling, interesting old-times decoration with beer mugs and old paintings as well as a no-frills service. Which is frankly what I prefer (restaurants in the area are often either chains or cater too much to students and tourists). But the most exceptional thing is, of course the food, typically some kind of local meat (wild boar, deer etc slowly cooked with its accompanying sauce and then the baked potatoes and red cabbage. All are among the best (if not the best) I have had in the area. Expect to pay a bit more than usual it should amount to about euros/person with drinks but it is well worth it."

"it is definitiw one of the best places to get a falafel in göttingen. they make their own falafel, instead of using frozen. I choose in the rule for a falafel bag or halloumi bag (3,50 eur) and was never disappointed. the hummus is also beautiful and smooth, and if you have a sweet tooth like me, you can also get a decent baklava there. both the prices and the staff are very friendly and they also have lunch."
