"I must to say my experience today at wheterspoon was aweful. We were in the first floor.When my friend and I arrived, the girl who was running the floor send to us to one table, she said was the only free one. The table was pretty dirty, sticky and plenty of small pieces of food. So my friend went to the bar and ask to the guy who was there for something to clean our table, and he gave to her blue paper and my friend said to him “I’ll need something else”, so he gave to her a bottle with sanitizer and he went back to put himself on the bar with his arms crossed. After we cleaned up the table, I went to the bar to order for and The girl who was there said to me we needed to wait 5 minutes to order food. So, I went back to my table, we wait, and my friend went back to the bar and ordered her food. After her, I went to the bar, it was a queue and it was just one girl attending people, so I was waiting for around 10 minutes. The guy who was before “at the bar serving” came back with some lemon wedges and started to take the orders. When my turn finally arrived the girl took my order, I took the stuffed turkey breast with a lemonade, 8.49£. 2 minutes after I arrived to the table my friend got her food, and 3 minutes later, the girl who was serving at the bar, came to the table to ask how was her food, but at the same time she was talking with her friends in another table. My friend said to her “the food is quite cold” and she completely ignore her and her comment. 10 minutes later, I finally get my food, I started with the mash potato and it was burned in a side (microwaves reheating), but The worst was the TUESDAY LABEL I found in the middle of my plate. I went to the bar with my plate, and the girl, who took my order and asked to my friend about the food, told me to go back to my table and she will be with me in a minute. She came, I explained what was my problem, and she said “I’ll talk with the manager, he will come to talk to you”, few minutes later, she came and said to me she’ll give me a redound and that’s it. I got the redound but just 6.69£ because “I drunk my lemonade waiting for food”, that’s what the girl who was at the bar said to me. The manager never showed up, and nobody apologized. The whole place was a mess, the tables, the toilet, the staff (specially the guy at the first floor bar, he did nothing and his trousers were down, so everybody, who was eating could see his underwear) ... I’ll never go back to wheterspoon after this horrible and unprofessional experience."
