"I hadn't intended to eat here, but it started raining so I nipped into this café that loomed up. Didn't expect much because it was very quiet, with only one other diner. I ordered the lasagna and chips, always a safe choice for me in unknown cafés. I was taken aback by the size of the lasagna when it arrived--it flowed over a big area of plate. And it tasted great--different from most lasagnas I've had, being looser and moister. Delicious, and, with the good-sized chips and garlic bread, filling and satisfying. Then what a price! £7.20! London doesn't have to be a ripoff, so long as you venture a street or two away from the main attractions--in this case, Greenwich Palace a few hundred yards down the road. Gem."

Lovely, typical English Breakfast close to Greenwich and the vibrant Trafalgar Road. Lovely crew and coffee.

We had a good breakfast. Good value for money, friendly service from Winston and reliable wi-fi. I recommend it.

Good cafe for amazing breakfasts run by a lovely couple providing excellent local cafe that has become part of the community. Best in Greenwich as far as we're concerned!

I love the relaxed atmosphere during the day and the fun factor the café brings in the evening. Host with the most, very accommodating as a pescartarian (non meat eater, fish only) food is good and great service.

Awkward for wheelchairs, pushchairs etc. as down a couple of steps to get in but worth it for a good service. Checking out the live music and local art is a must! Vegetarian options are on the menu, and a bring your own booze policy keeps costs down (there's an off-licence next door! .

This is a lovely cafe where you can just to sit and relax with a nice cup of coffee (would be good if they did a bit of cake too! . It has a nice atmosphere and friendly service. A great selection of food, good for a lunch, quick bite or dinner. I pop in often on my way home, in the afternoon. Very good value, and better than the chain coffee shops

This cafe looks like one of those eclectic personal projects, there is good, home cooked food, with a solid british menu. Its the only place open early or breakfast along this part of greenwich trafalgar road. I have also seen music nights advertised and see people singing AND I think he has BYO bottle of wine. Its excellent value, and perfect when you don't feel like cooking or just want good food.

beautiful inviting place and seems to be a small family business that I like to support. had a really tasty English breakfast that filled us for the day and the coffee was also perfect. all the food that went out looked wonderful and judged by the smiles that it obviously tasted good. Nice to be out of the tourist rush in greenwich, so to foot ten minutes to this place it was worth well. will I go back when I'm in the opposite?
