"I have now been to this place twice for lunch and I thoroughly recommend it!!! It has a very unusual decor with many things for sale.It has an inside and outside eating area and both are charming. They offer a simple but delicious menu for 12,50 euros Monday to Friday lunchtime and a little more expensive in the evenings ,Saturdays and bank holidays. The menu consists of a tartine with topping side salad, homemade desert and a coffee. My tartine involved magret de canard,potatoes and onions confit: delicious and well seasoned so I never needed any salt or pepper!! I then had a tarte tatin with apples and caramel au beurre salé. There is the chef and his wife and the service is great !! There are also a list of wines by the class or bottle. Make your way there ,you won't be disappointed!!!"

"Voilà le genre d'endroit où il fait bon s'arrêter quelques instants. Quelle que soit l'heure de la journée on peut y déguster les huitres maison en terrasse au bord de l'eau (sauf à marée basse !), accompagnées d'un verre de vin blanc et d'un excellent pâté local ! En plus les différents pains servis sont un vrai régal. Le service est efficace et agréable ! Rien à redire !Quant au prix, il est très correct pour des huitres."

"Meals very fine until the chocolate mousse caramel butter salted. Don't push a rather drunk air at all with an industrial salted caramel butter that leads to the end of the meal. Alternative seafood tray is very expensive, c is a restaurant that only works during the tourist season so the service c is the factory and we have to book. "À la recherche d'un restaurant pour y déguster poissons et ou fruits de mer, après une expérience décevante sur Arcachon, nous avons trouvé cet ostréiculteur qui permet dans son "restaurant" de déguster bulots, accras, moules, fish and chip, huîtres chaude ou fraîche au goût sublime accompagné par un blanc de Gascogne "Horgelus". Après une 1ère expérience nous y sommes revenu et sommes repartis avec autant de satisfaction. La serveuse souriante et le patron au service de la clientèle pour expliquer son métier. "The menu is limited to seafood but it is so fresh and so delicious that you will not want anything else. The location, in a marina, is charming, particularly at sunset. We started with oysters on the shell that were big, juicy absolutely delicious. Then we choose the mussels "a la plancha", better in my opinion, that any "moules marinières" or marinara that I have tasted. The portions were generous and the French fries excellent. There is a choice of 3 desserts and the one that I choose, a Fontainebleau, if memory serves me right, was scrumptious."

"J'étais venue dans ce restaurant il y a une dizaine d'année et j'en gardais un très bon souvenir. Ce restaurant était réputé pour la qualité de ses produits. Je suis donc revenue cet été et quelle déception. Le premier point et que nous avons attendu pas mal de temps avant que quelqu'un prenne nos commandes, malgré le peu de monde. J'ai pris pour mon entrée, des piquillos avec rillettes de poissons (pas mauvais mais assez neutre en goût) et en plat principal la sole meunière (surcuisson du poisson) et les accompagnements semblaient réchauffés. Mise à part la vue, j'ai trouvé qu'il y avait un manque de peps dans les plats. Le cuisinier ne semble pas être très inspiré et les serveurs non plus (pas d'explication sur les plats)."

"Ce vendredi soir d'avril 2024, ce restaurant a organisé une soirée avec une agréable chanteuse au répertoire très varié, cela été très sympa. Service à table ce soir là, menu complet 19,90, menu 2 plats 16,90e Les plats servis , Magret et Thon mi-cuit, étaient très goûteuse et très copieux . Delioche brioche façon pain perdu servie tiède était excellente. Belle soirée, malgré quelques ratages dans le service mais très vite rattrapés"

"This wonderful family run restaurant was introduced to us by our local friend, Bruno, when we visited Gujan Mestras. We enjoyed a delicious dinner and a menu that delighted everyone in our group (including a vegetarian a discerning 11 year old). The lamb (souris d’agneau) and duck entrees were amazing, as were the mussels (moule roquefort) appetizer. Great wine and drinks selection. And don’t miss the desserts especially the crème brûlée. The staff were welcoming and attentive and we received wonderful service. It was one of favorite meals of our travels in the Bordeaux region. Plenty of parking, comfortable seating and inviting atmosphere. We’ll be back!"
