"The hotel is truly unique. We have spent a wonderful weekend from Fr. to So. in the Kaiserhof. All we've experienced on these two days was just super! The beautifully furnished old inn is located in the middle of Guldental directly on the Naheweinstraße. This is an ideal starting point for hikes and excursions. Bad Kreuznach is only 8 KM away. When we arrived on Friday night, we were very friendly. The kindness of the employees has impressed us throughout the weekend. Everything is simple and warm. On Friday evening we took part in a cooking class with Markus Bucholz. It was noteworthy that he was present throughout the course from 19.00 to 24.00 and had individual tips and kniffe for each of the 20 participants. His relaxed and positive attitude made the evening a real experience: That was great cinema! The group was unhealthy, and the communication with each other was increasingly gaining momentum with the duration of the course. Notes on preparation and cooking times of a wonderful menu were taken up and discussed. At the end of the fun course was the common food of the 3 courses menu. An observer would have assumed that an old circle of friends would have agreed to dinner together in the illustrious table round. Just great! After midnight, on the successful evening and the new acquaintances in the inn, a slumber drink was taken, so that the day ended until 2:00 on Saturday. The night was wonderfully quiet. We enjoyed a very good breakfast together with the other students - also here quality stands first, and the service was impeccable. We spent the day with a trip to Bad Kreuznach - the beautiful weather has helped us to experience the beautiful historic old town in the sunshine. The evening at the restaurant was a culinary experience. My wife and I ordered different courses, and each one was perfect and prepared at a hone level. I've eaten a Roastbeef salad on Crostini as an appetizer, which just made fun of More! My main course was a Saltimbocco from the Spanferkel - the meat was perfectly cooked and seasoned. This is really very good kitchen, and reaches the level of star chefs. Here, too, it should be noted that the perfect service has contributed to the fact that the evening for us and I also believe for the other attendees cooking class participants) became a highlight of the Kaiserhof weekend. Upon departure on Sunday morning, all students agreed that it was a super-toll weekend that Markus Buchholz and his dedicated team had offered us. We will think about it for a long time and can recommend this arrangement without any restrictions - even given the very good price/performance ratio. Michael"
