I guess they were out of the bag. the steak on a side well fried and 2/3 through, then briefly turned and heated. Conclusion: but unfortunately we tried the same problem as in most nrw scenes. all the cooking shows do not help to distinguish between medium or worse from good as long as the prices are high and the owners are arrogant.
