"Wir waren an einem Samstag Abend im Oktober als erstes im Restaurant. Das Essen war soweit ganz gut aber die Art und Weise der Kellnerin bringen uns leider dazu nicht noch einmal zu kommen. Unsere Tochter, 2 Jahre, lief dort umher. Als dann eine andere Familie hinein kam, bin ich direkt in ihre Richtung um sie wieder zu uns zu holen. In diesem Moment kam eine jüngere Kellnerin zu uns und sagte uns, sie seien heute ausgebucht und wir sollen doch bitte dafür sorgen dass unsere Tochter sitzen bleibt. Ausgebucht bei zwei belegten Tischen?? Ist wohl eine andere Sichtweise. Absolut Kinder unfreundlich! Und es war ja nun wirklich noch nicht voll. Wir wollten dann nach dem Essen auch nicht länger im Restaurant verweilen und sind direkt gegangen. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt waren meines Blickes nach 4 Tische besetzte. Und diese gut verteilt im gesamten Restaurant."

"- seit Eröffnung regelmäßig besucht > moderates Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis Speisen & Getränke, exzellente Küche (frische Zubereitung mit den bestellten Speisen entsprechenden Zubereitungszeiten, ausreichende Portionierungen... Juni/Juli stand mir der Sinn nach Fisch siehe Foto 1 + 2), zuvorkommender Service, Sonder-Wünsche werden möglichst umgesetzt, gemütlicher Innen- und (im Sommer) Außenbereich, angenehme Hintergrund-Musik, für Feierlichkeiten zu empfehlen, Speisen-Mitnahme möglich, kein Verzehr-Muss - auch bei Einkehr auf ein Getränk oder nur einen Snack zum Beispiel aus dem Vor- oder Nachspeisen-Abgebot hat man das Gefühl, ein gern gesehener Gast zu sein... Tipp: zum "An-Testen" ist ein Antipasti-Teller (siehe Foto 3) der richtige "Toscana-Einstieg""

"Diese Dönerbude gibt es nun seit 30 jahren. Von diesen 30 jahren esse ich seit sage und schreibe 24 jahren dort meine döner. Ich habe schon viele döner in Hamm, deutschland und der Welt gegessen aber die döner von Ufuk war für mich immer die BESTE döner die ich jemals gegessen habe. Das Fleisch war unverkennlich gut und das brot war stets selbst gebacken weil der gute Ufuk sich schon morgens um 9 in den Laden gestellt hat um das Brot für den Tag selbst zu backen!! Das war echte leidenschaft und handwerkskunst! Nun, viel mir seit einigen wochen auf das irgendwas anders war. Zunächst wusste ich garnicht vom besitzerwechsel. Aber als langjähriger stammkunde merkt man sofort wenn etwas nicht stimmt. Das Fleisch schmeckt anders. Das Brot ist ein anderes und gleichzeitig sind manche gerichte auch direkt nochmal 50cent teurer geworden obwohl gleichzeitig an der qualität gespart wird. Für ein kunden wie mich, der seit 24 jahren dort seinen döner isst, ist das sehr sehr enttäuschend und das gleiche habe ich auch schon von vielen anderen gehört. Ich möchte mir ungern einen neuen Stammdönerladen suchen müssen, daher ist mein apell an die neuen besitzer: Bitte bleibt bei den alten lieferanten und methoden von ufuk! Er hat sich über jahren einen namen aufgebaut und stand stets für qualität und guten geschmack! Macht das bitte nicht kaputt! Danke Ufuk für den besten döner der welt!!"

"the gate to asia ii is a very modern restaurant, which probably tries to score points with its modern medium as a flow band and led lighting everywhere. it lacks the Asian flair. on a few half-sighted mirrors with the logo and the restaurnat name rather nothing asian. it's a good thing for everyone. The Mongolian buffet is very rich, with a very large selection of fish and seafood. There are also something exotic and canogaroo like most mongo buffets. the Asian buffet was unfortunately very monotonous and all but rich. there were three Chinese foods and 2 Indians. There were individual dishes without a supplement with duck, fried chicken, croquettes, fried rice and fried noodles. Unfortunately, the duck and some others did not feed. the dessert buffet was already much better equipped with various types of ice, baked bananas and pineapple as well as two different puddings. there was also an obst selection, unfortunately almost everything was dosenobst. there were fresh fruits, among others, in the form of melomen, which were also empty and were not relocated. the staff was very attentive, friendly and very clean and tidy. unfortunately we were not informed at any time about the presse of the buffet. on the table was only the drink card. the evening was rather disappointing, a very expensive buffet with poor quality. the whole in ultra-modern atmosphere. "Die Bedienung ist teilweise unfreundlich und total hektisch.Tische werden nicht regelmäßig abgeputzt und abgeräumt, der Boden klebt und überall liegen Krümmel und Pommes rum.Zu der Frauentoilette kann ich nicht viel sagen weil ich schon die Erfahrungen von meinem Freund im WC grausam fand.Urin oder irgendeine andere Flüssigkeit auf dem Boden.Den Vogel abgeschossen hat aber ein Burger.Am Empfang ohne Tomate bestellt haben wir am Tisch doch eine Tomate entdeckt. Noch in der Pappschachtel drin, habe ich den Burger wieder nach vorne gebracht.Innerhalb von 2 Minuten hab ich einen Burger wieder bekommen.Was von den Angestellten wohl keiner gesehen hat, habe ich beobachtet wie die Dame von Kasse die einzelne Scheibe von dem Burger entfernte. Wohlgemerkt mit den gleichen dreckigen Fingern mit denen die auch kassiert, Geld annimmt, Tische abputzt usw.Uns wollte sie den Burger als frisch gemacht andrehen, nur schade das die Schachtel an einer Seite angerissen war und wir genau sehen konnten das es genau der selbe Burger war.!!Einfach ekelhaft!!!Nie wieder..!!!"

"Hello, I'm totally outraged about the boathouse ham. today 19.9.2021...There were 14 guests, 5 tables in the outside area and 2 service. we were therefore guests only 15 16 for 6 tables. we have waited 20min and eye contact to the service, nix happened. my accompaniment took an ashtray from the coke, nix happened. then we got up and went against the service. Many thanks for the service and explained that we waited 20 min and nix happened, we are now disappointed. after that the man of the service made a devalued hand movement and said: bye and looked up.
