"This visit was our visit to this steak restaurant. I chose it for my birthday because I felt it had the best steak in Hannover. You can choose filet from Argentina, Australia, Ireland, and the USA. So far my favorite has been Australian although...at this point I have not tried the filet from the USA. The staff will describe the differences in filets to you. Staff attention is first rate and you feel comfortable here. You can eat inside or outside and the place is located in a quiet part of town. I would recommend making a reservation and tell them if it is your birthday. They provided a complimentary glass of Sekt and a chocolate muffin with a candle. It was a nice touch. The total tab will not be cheap. Most filets run € for So a bill for people with a large bottle of water and a couple of drinks will be about Euros. The only negative comment I would have is choose something other than the baked potato as a side dish. The taste is not inspiring. But again, if you are looking for a really good steak in Hannover, I would highly recommend you try this place."

"Der erste Eindruck von dem Lokal war der einer Willkommenskultur. Wenn man als Raucher per Öffies eine Stunde lang anreist, muß erstmal ne Fluppe her. Dafür gibt es schmale Sitzbänke mit Kissen an den Fenstern des Lokals. Gut, dass es warm war und nicht regnete ... Die nette Kellnerin erschien und bot uns schon einmal ein Drink an. Das wäre ein bißchen schwierig geworden keine Tische , und so zogen wir weiter ins Lokal. Das Ambiente fand ich gemütlich, minimalistisch sieht für mich anders aus. Da habe ich aus Hamburger Zeiten einfach andere innere Bilder von overstylten Restaurants an der Elbe. Da fror es mich schon, wenn ich sie betrat. Was die dreiteilige Speisekarte angeht fand ich das nicht so praktisch Standard und Saisonkarte auf dem Tisch eine Wandtafel im Esszimmer eine Wandtafel über der Theke Eine der beiden letzteren mit Gerichten, die hauptsächlich im letzten Monat gewählt wurden. Nun ja. Was interessiert mich, was die Leute im letzten Monat gut gefunden haben ? Aktuelle Tagesempfehlungen neben der Standardkarte sind das, was zählt. Mag zwar klassisch sein, aber wirkt irgendwie authentischer. Ich war froh, dass wir in unserer unsere Truppe mal ein Restaurant ausgewählt hatten, dass neben Burgern und alternativ pseudo Eisberg Putenstreifen Cocktailsauce Salat mal eines für den raffinierteren Geschmack ausgesucht hatten. Mich hätten einige andere Gerichte auch noch angesprochen, denn Kreativküche scheint hier durchaus serviert zu werden. Die Einstimmung war ein kleiner Löffel und geröstetem Brot, Beerencreme und einem Blatt Koriander. So dominierte der Koriander nicht, sondern gab einen Twist auf der Zunge. Aber mir war nach Klassischem, und das wurde perfekt serviert. Spargel mit Hollandaise und Schinken, auf meinen Wunsch hin als Salzkartoffelhasser mit Gratin Sonderwünsche werden erfüllt . Spargel war à la point, und der Schinken war gut Spargel 13,50 mit Schinken 17,50 . Dazu ein paar Schöppchen Riesling 4,50 für 0,2 , deshalb war ich per Öffies gekommen. Nach den Desserts für die Herren kam die Kellnerin mit einer Runde Kribbelwasser für alle anwesenden Damen im Lokal, die ich höflich ablehnte. Kurze Zeit später später brachte Juri, der ukrainische Wirt mit dem französischem Akzent den ersten Absacker aufs Haus, einen Averna mit Zitrone u.ä, der den Herren gut schmeckte. Und dann noch einen Cognac Likör. Fazit: Ein wirklich empfehlenswertes Lokal für Leute, die nicht vor allem auf hochpreisig und low carb stehen"

"Sorry, but if you reserve a table 2 months before, you don't want to sit in front of the toilet. it does not help if you pull a thin wall. the table we had was at the kamin! that was a tw device, about 1 m above the table, with a picture of a kamin. the food was not very delicious and tasted so olala. the tellers were partly too full so I was wondering where the operation had their finger to put the teller on the table. I actually wanted a dessert too, but with the noise level and the taste of the pre- and mains, I did not. I am an absolute puzzle, why the load was so well visited."

"we were there tonight at two, despite the great urge we got a place, the first order went very fast even though only one beer came and the second one was waiting for you. the food order went quite fast and in the meantime we have already brought ourselves a free salat of buffet. the food came and there were as expected large portions and tastefully it was also not too much seasoned and also the pommes did not taste excessively fat. the ambiente also fits so it was a beautiful evening."

"Wir waren zu viert an einem Samstag Abend hier. Meine Begleiter fanden ihre Speisen gut, sie hatten verschiedene Grillteller gewählt. Ich hingegen war enttäuscht. Gebackenes Lamm mit Bohnen - die Portion war leider sehr klein, drei Stückchen Fleisch und drei Gabeln Bohnen schwammen in Tomatensauce. Geschmacklich gut. Leider kein Brot dazu. Der Salat zum selbst nehmen war leider absolut standart, um nicht zu sagen einfallslos/langweilig.Der Service war nett und freundlich, das Essen kam schnell. Nach Dessertwünschen, Kaffee oder weiteren Getränkewünschen wurde allerdings nicht mehr gefragt. Um 22:00 Uhr war der gesamte Laden leer. Beim Bezahlen wurde uns gesagt, es könne nur eine Rechnung für den Tisch erstellt werden, sodass wir (zwei Paare) die Aufteilung untereinander klären mussten. Das ist keine große Sache aber nicht wirklich serviceorientiert und leider etwas unschön.Ach ja, in der Herrentoilette war kein Papier zum Hände abtrocknen. Auch dass kann passieren, es lagen im Mülleimer aber bereits drei Pappröhren von Toilettenpapier-Rollen - es hatte sich also schon länger niemand gekümmert. Und da ich bereits die kritische Brille aufhatte, die dünn bezogenen Sitzbänke sind auch nicht wirklich bequem.Ich werde dort wohl nicht wieder hingehen, es gibt eine Vielzahl wesentlich besserer Griechen in Hannover..."

"our favourite Greeks and not only our favourite Greeks. we always reserve a table. especially at the weekend you have no chance to get a table in the evening. the meat has always been top twice. considering that we are there almost every month, that's okay. the portions are very good from the amount. I'm the one who thinks that we've always got broth to salate, either they have changed that or broth belonged only to the zaziki. We didn't mention it because my sohn brot loves salat but I always fear that he won't make the main dish. the chef is very nice, the services could smile. but no problem. we're going to go there for the delicious food. the atmosphere is cosy. the toilets are clean. we were only there on Saturday and the next visit is already in planning."

"I'm giving the excellent rating because we had a very well rounded experience at the restaurant. Summer evening, sitting in the shade, three of us enjoyed a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Start with ouzo aperitif on the house. Food is tasty, well portioned, with a...self-serve salad or soup to start your meal. Three waiters kept checking in (not hovering). Great value for the money. Note on the location: there is a U-bahn stop right close, so leave the car at home!"

"Non ti aspetteresti certo nella periferia di Hannover un ristorante australiano, eppure esiste ed è una piacevole sorpresa, considerando che è un locale incentrato su particolari tipi di carne non facilmente rintracciabili in altri ristoranti, quali lo struzzo, il canguro, il coccodrillo ed il cammello.Ho iniziato la mia particolare cena con qualche ritardo da parte del servizio e con una zuppa di mais con bacon e manzo, abbastanza delicata, leggermente pannosa ma buona. Successivamente, come portata principale (circa 26 euro) un filetto di canguro, uno di struzzo, accompagnati da risotto alla zucca, verdure e scaglie di macadamia: la carne dello struzzo la ricordavo, molto magra ma comunque buona, non conoscevo invece la carne dello struzzo, forse anche più magra dello struzzo, tendente al secco, però in questo caso era stata cucinata molto bene. Anche il risotto si difendeva bene, peraltro.Tra un drink analcolico molto dolce di frutta tropicale e un altro, ho avuto anche spazio per ordinare e finalmente assaggiare una fetta di torta pavlova, ossia una torta fatta di base da meringa e panna con la frutta fresca incastonata nella sua parte superiore: molto bella da vedere e molto buona.In totale ho speso 49,70 euro, considerando la qualità e la particolarità dei piatti un buon rapporto; avrei anche messo un "5" ma all'inizio il servizio, seppur professionale e offerto da gentili e anche belle cameriere, è stato un pò lento. La prossima volta sarà punteggio pieno, qualora decidessi di ritornare ad Hannover."

"Just a hop, skip and jump from Pavilion and the main train station, this Imbiss style restaurant serves the best schawarma (sliced chicken or lamb) in Hanover. Frequented by business men, house wives and school kids equally, this is on my must stop list when I am in Hanover. The shop is small, but open and airy, and is very clean. They have 15 tables that seat 4 each. Unlike other similar style restaurants, they try to go the extra mile with red and white checkered table cloths. The staff is superb friendly and helpful. They are dedicated to making sure that your experience is a great one. I speak only a little German, but the staff speaks pretty good English. From the time that you enter the door, to the time that you leave, you will feel like you are among friends. The prices here are excellent and the portions are big. The most expensive thing on the menu is only 6.50 euro. I think that the average meal is only 3.50 euro and will surely fill you up. The food....ah the food. It is some of the best felafel and schwarma I have had since the Middle East. The flavor literally explodes in your mouth on the first bite. I am not sure what they put on the meat, but it is amazing with just the right blend of spices. I can't recommend this place enough if you want an amazing, well priced lunch or dinner. It's not fancy, but it hits the spot."

"Very beautiful place! I just eat lamb in Indian restaurants because it stinks too much everywhere. Here I had inadvertently eaten lamb on a meat plate and I am glad about it. Thanks to the restaurant operator! Finally, a great Turkish restaurant and I am happy every time about the tasty lamb. Up there!"

"First visit to Rembetiko due to a nice recommendation. All our expectations were fully met. You feel like a short holiday in Greece in an absolutely loving atmosphere. We'd rather have tried everything up and down from the menu. Delicious wine, absolutely delicious appetizers and a very, very, very tasty main dish were a fantastic taste experience. Very attentive, friendly service..., very well implemented corona measures and an acceptable price/performance ratio have rounded off a beautiful evening. We definitely love to come back!!!"

"on the first look a x-loving pizzeria with the charm of a 70s ice salon. that does not get rid of and finds one of the speary tables in the hidden restaurant, however can be convinced that good eating does not have to look like a restaurant. next to the standard repertoire, the menu contains an extra card with change, along with there are also daily dishes. to whom none of the pizzas admits, can compose his wish pizza. the individual ingredients are pleasantly favorable. the pizza was just as she should be. looser floor, good floor, not too fat. the wine was at least sinful. a cheap and recommended secret tip."
