"I paid Sushi-Do a visit on a business trip and the word "Excellence" is not enough to describle the quality of every piece of sushi I had.This was by far the freshest fish I ever had the pleasure of. That in combination with what Iwould call the perfect rice just made my evening.Such a small place, only five small tables. But this does not mean a thing. Don't expect flashiness - just expect the best of the best sushi!A++++ grades"

Der Laden liegt etwas abseits, aber ist super vom Hauptbahnhof in Hannover zu erreichen. Kleiner Laden und immer einen Abstecher wert.Super Preis-Leistung, dabei alles frisch und schnell zubereitet. Für größere Gruppen zum Verzehr vor Ort nicht ganz geeignet, aber auch zum mitnehmen eine tolle Variante:)Einfach klasse, für Sushi Liebhaber nur zu empfehlen!

Hannover ist nicht gerade die Hauptstadt für Sushi Restaurants. Das Sushi Do ist sehr klein und schlicht eingerichtet. Die Karte hat eine gute Auswahl an Rolls, Nigiri Sushi sowie die üblichen Beilagen wie Edamame und Algen Salat. Erwarten Sie keine Genialität aber solide Qualität. Japanisches Bier gibt es auch. Bei der Sake ist die Auswahl sehr eingeschränkt.Freundlicher Service.
