"Location (4/5 : The location is very nice and the outdoor area is fantastic. Enough space between the tables. Attention: close to the airport and you can hear/see the planes take off and land. I personally find this fascinating, but others may also find it disturbing . Service (2/5 : The restaurant was fairly well stocked on the terrace. I don 't know if it was that crowded inside. However, at least outside, only 2 people were responsible for serving. When we arrived (reservation we were shown to our table and the drink order was taken relatively quickly. After that, nothing worked for a long time. You could order something from the buffet or from a small menu. (I think it 's special that this isn 't mentioned when you make a reservation. Nobody came to record it for more than half an hour. This is relatively long and is probably due to the fact that there are not enough staff. The dessert was passed down from the table head (table of 10 because although there was enough space, we didn 't want to walk to every guest. To be honest, I don 't understand it and I mean something else by service. Food (3/5 : The salad buffet was ok. But nothing more. I missed a bit the variety of the buffet as well as the standard salads that are normally found at a buffet. The BBQ was ok. Part of the meat well over the cooking point and tough. People at our table also ordered flammkuchen. (Instead of the BBQ buffet Virtually all flammkuchen arrived cold. Probably also due to the lack of staff. The ice cream was made with vanillin and not vanilla. Find that a pity, especially when you ask 4 CHF for a ball. Here one could then fall back on a better ice cream. Conclusion: It may sound bad now, but if you don 't have enough staff, it 's better to close a few tables so that the service and the quality of the food don 't suffer."
