"I was there on March at lunch around hour. I was with my whife and my year old daughter. I entered first in the restaurant and my whidmfe with daughter came minutes later because daughter fall a sleep in the...car. Problens started as I arrived: I entred and i saw a weiter behind bar , i go there but he was plaing with the phone and did not even rise his head to me or to say hello i was standing at half a meter from him. After minutes he rise his head to me but in the same time came another weiter and lid me to the table The same sleepy weiter from the bar came and bring me the menu. I told him that i want a starter two times, a soup two times and a fish salmon two times and a dessert two times. The two times with the meaning that i want the same dish for me and for my whife me and her established this before. Arrived the menu: one starter instead of and also the wrong starter not the one which I order. I order duck and received chesse :. one french soup instead of two that soup is a shame to be called french soup, the taste was under moderate and the restaurant have micheline star .. LOL. when i ordered Salmon with rise and mushrooms the weiter told me that there is no salmon but dey have cod. I said ok... was only options at fish soo i cudnt choose something else. I belived will cange the salmon with cod but the rest rise and mushrooms will remain but I received actually cod and some vegetable. the weiter forgot about dessert. I had to order the dessert again we started the lunch at and received dessert at the weiter did not even apologise when I told him that is not the right starter and there have to be two starters instead one. the food taste is a medium range in my opinion, but overpriced and do not deserve the clasification Good standard as it is categorised by Michelin. Cod is a ceap fish, at home I never buy this fish because the taste can not even compare with salmon. when i saw that the desert is still not comming I told to the weiter that he shoulsd asume his mistakes and to apologise and he did apologise in a very rude and ironic way, his apologise sound more like an insult. I travel a lot in the world and I eat in hundreds of ristorants, i have knowlidge about how should loock a restaurant, how could taste the food and how vould behuve the personal. I do not recomand this restaurant as I will never go back there: not proffesional weiter and under medium food taste. I write this reviuw not as a revenge but as a information for other people to do not ruin theyr day going to this restaurant as I did"

"You can get a good steak almost anywhere these days and cooking one is not an art. Buy good meat and you will probably be able to do it yourself. So let's get down to what really makes an impression. The service here is terrible,...it took absolutely ages even to get a menu and getting served was worse than having teeth pulled. My wife and I went here with friends two couples at the recommendation of one of the other couples. As mentioned in other reviews the view is fantastic, where else could you have such scenery outside of a safari? After the long wait the waiter finally asked what we would like to drink before attempting to leave with only 4 of the 6 drinks being ordered. We had to call him back three times. They seem to have a very arrogant attitude in the service department and when questioned about cooking methods or if the order had been understood (we asked to have separate bills for each couple) the response was that of someone who had just stepped in something nasty. After ordering more drinks whilst waiting for the food (any food) to arrive we ended up with a table full of glasses, mostly empty. It was only when the head waiter came and took one look at our table, that he immediately removed about 10 glasses and two empty water bottles. So I ought to mention the food, like I said it is easy to cook steak but I don't really think they got it right, my steak, ordered medium, was a little too well done and burnt on the outside, my wifes caesers salad with chicken was very poor and the chicken was burnt, dry and had a sour taste. The others said their food was good but two of the orders were mixed up and despite asking the waitress who brought the food if the distribution was correct the error still occurred. On the whole, the food is not bad, but for the price I have to say there are many better restaurants to be visited. The portions are not bad but one could expect more for the price. The service was generally very slow and the waiting staff very uninterested. So to the bill, as I mentioned earlier we asked for separate bills per couple, so we were surprised to see one bill, which meant restating what we had ordered (per couple) and a long wait until the individual bills arrived, and guess what they were wrong, fortunately only to the amount of a bottle of water and a side dish being on the wrong bill, but never the less wrong. The comment in the bold print and largest character set made me laugh THE TIP IS NOT INCLUDED. Really in bold type, capital letters and a larger font than everything else on the bill. I rounded my tip out quite nicely 0 Euros for zero service. I had heard much about this place and it has been on my to do list for some time. However, it is not a place I would recommend or revisit, there are too many pleasurable places waiting to be discovered."

"I have returned to this place about four times and always loved and liked it. They have a great menu, great cakes which are being produced by them and not bought or delivered. Even the coffee is very good, especially the latte macchiato and my...favorite cake being the MarzipanCake with white creamy inside. Hmmm... But, when it comes to service, something seems to not be insync here. Even if place is not that crowded, service crowd seems to be acting like a bunch of headless chicken. You got your menu on the table, if you got one that quick, so you are ready to order. You have to raise all your hands and even bring some mannequin hands with you to get their attention. I was lucky, they asked me if I was ready to order. I was, my friend was not. So to order again took ages, I grew years older. When we ordered, we were lucky. But minutes later and after I received my entree, soup, we were told that my friends main dish was sold out, so he had to order something else. I specifically asked to get our main dish together, so we could eat together, and having to ask that question was totally out of place, but I had to. When we finished our lunch, we wanted to order cake. So here we go again. We were served by three different waiters, so no one was solely responsible for our table and oh, I forgot, when we received our main dish, it was being brought to two neighboring tables where all denied having ordered it, then I noticed it was our order and told her so. Her answer: oh, that is not the right table number. As if I was interested in that too much information! I must admit, it was a holiday, October and the place was full, but still it could be well organized. But it was not. Then, to order cake, you have to go to the counter to order your cake, they give you a little paper with your order number and you sit down, the waiter brings it to you. Okay, teh counter was full of walkin people who wanted to buy cake. So you had to stand in line with them and it was really crowded. Instead of telling the waiter what cake you like, you had to go though this. I received my two papers, sat down, and waited...while our cakes were waiting at the counter to be served, I was looking right at them. minutes later I asked the waiter if we could now have our cakes. Now I must say...I don´t want to be BOSS in that cafe! I see exactly what is going wrong and how a good place can be run down by bad service, but I have no saying in changing that. I can only watch and see how things change to worse even though it takes so little to change it. Being concentrated at work would be a start, not thinking of how stressful your job is right now and loosing your head about it another, dividing up tables to staff and having clear responsibilities another. Things that might make life easier. Instead one young new waiter took our order, another older lady brought it to other tables, yet another came to bring the bill, which was not automatically printed because our orders got mixed up with our neighboring tables, so we had to repeat all we had manually. But to do so we had to wait for the lady to come back, because once I started, she left without saying going back to teh counter and then yet another, the young guy, came to calculate our bill. What a mess! And NOT a pleasant experience, YET STILL I LOVE THAT PLACE! It is still cozy, and nice, and the food is good, and so are the cakes. But to get all this, you must really have nerves of steel! Sadly"
