We had to wait very long to be able to give up an order and you always had to ask yourself for drinks. Then a drink would not be broken! The ambience is quite OK but the tables are too close together, making privacy impossible! Also the ohen tables with barstool high chairs are anything but stylish for such a location. In the large whole very tasty and well eaten but after that you would like to pay very soon."

If you were instructed by the waiter who was lacking in his service that there was too little drink money, the food can still be so good. I won't be found there anymore. Too bad, but you see it again. Good staff is the A and O.

In the lodge you know how to handle good meat! Even with the supplements you can make nix wrong, everything very delicious! The fact that quality naturally has its price should be clear to everyone, but at this quality the food was PREIS WERT!

We've been eating at the lodge several times. Meat was as usual well roasted, but we had a table in the entrance area and the lighting was super-sweet. You can only see what you eat on the plates. In addition, it moved to the table like Hechtsuppe. Too bad.

In our opinion, the lodge has the best steaks in our area and this is a considerable achievement in the Frankfurt area, with the number of restaurants. The ambience with a view of the Opelzoos animal enclosure in the style of an African lodge is always like a small holiday.

We were back to the business dinner and were able to bring another person despite overbooking. The lighting at the table (near the entrance) was somewhat very dark, but the service was fine. The steaks were all perfectly tempered! That's it. Also the NY cheesecake brilliant as always!

Were there for the 3rd time and it was again a taste experience. A small exception were the bacon beans, but they must have been prepared for the first time by a cook in love. Also for medium the meat was a bit too through, which was also the case for the first time. The service was completely excellent!

Everything in usual quality. Only exception that we had to get to the bar after 90 minutes to make room for the next. But what can happen just before Christmas and was sweetened with a free dessert. Nutella and honey in plastic. selection of lunches of varied but not convincing meat quite dry. Service well. Ambience good. Right full with waiting times on the buffet. For a subsequent zoo visit very practical, but rather recommend lunch or dinner.
