"Well... I have to be honest: I 'm not an easy guest. I 'm critical, hungry, and—worse still—halfway culinary educated. I 've eaten truffles in Umbria, slurped pasta in Bologna, and once even survived an espresso in Naples. In short: You can 't fool me. But then came L 'Osteria Ludwigsburg. And folks... I tell you: What. A. Board. As soon as I entered, I thought: Oops! Am I still in Baden-Württemberg or have I just happened to be in a lively Italian piazza? That light, those warm tones, the semi-open kitchen setting where you can watch the pizzaiolo twirling the dough almost like a ballet dancer—yes, this isn 't a restaurant, it 's a small stage play with three acts: appetizer, main course, dessert. The music was just right—not too loud, not too quiet, no elevator music. You feel like you 're in an extended Italian family, but without the uncle who always wants to talk politics. Instead: friendly laughter, the scent of fresh basil in the air, and somewhere a waiter whispers the word tiramisu with a charming accent. I mean, who can resist that? And the service... Holy ravioli! So friendly, so attentive – genuinely friendly, not that rehearsed, I 'm smiling because I have to face. But genuine interest. The waitress (shoutout to Lisa, you hero! not only asked if I enjoyed my pizza, but also suggested, with a wink, that the pizza was so big you could cover your car with it if necessary. Exactly my kind of humor! Speaking of pizza: This slice of dough was bigger than my future prospects after high school. Thin, crispy, with a tomato sauce that tasted as if Grandma still made it herself in the kitchen. The toppings: not overdone, but thoughtful. Each piece a small masterpiece of Mediterranean cuisine. I felt like the olives had names. So much love went into it. And the best part? Despite the size, every corner was crispy, hot, and simply Mamma Mia -like. The management? Let me put it this way: If this crew managed an airport, there would never be delays again. I 've rarely seen a team that works together so smoothly, covering each other 's backs, intervening, smiling, and even joking around with each other – all while the audience watched. No chaos, no stress – just passion and a perfectly organized operetta of gastronomy. At the end of the evening, I wasn 't just full – I was emotionally fulfilled. Happy. A bit like after a really good first date, when you know this won 't be the last. And then there was that limoncello on the house. I mean… come on. Even a stone would cry with emotion."

"for years we have always been happy to come to the bathroom garden several times a year, last on the day of the day of the day of the day. then, however, we experienced a meal of special kind...Ordered among others were rumpsteak from the angusrind and the famous wobble roast. obligatory question: medium? yes, medium. What was served was grey, dry, double through and also lacked a sharp steak knife. the rumpsteak was eaten gnashing as it came. the swirl roast was, on the other hand, enslaved and ordered a new, just medium grilled. next surprise: even the second meat came very gray, although somewhat more juicy, but at best was not a bark, but because of the neutral taste most likely pute!In the pay we brought our dissatisfaction with the quality to the express and were suspiciously compensated with three sliwowitz. we suspect that the lack is both the lack of the cook and the quality of the ingredients, especially the wrong meat. Above all, however, the reaction of both involved waiters showed that the problem is not a single case, but is well known internally.Creating of the surreal visit was then a table handwritten bill that was added croatically in the head (and is likely to remain hidden from the financial office). the next visit will be long waiting for you. evaluation still two points for the partial friendly service. Price-performance ratio problematic: at the third the bill was about 60 euro, with the third person eating only one flat soup for 5 euro (!)."

"Ambience and food is fine, unfortunately there was a bad experience with the boss. Of course, the market hall has house law. That's right. I only wish that humanity would be there, and that there is a difference between the guests who put it on them, and the guests who only consider a game and look forward to it. There are always situations where an eye can be pressed. That makes us human. When I met the boss, nothing asked. That was the great disappointment. Gastronomy is a service industry. I always find it a pity if someone in the industry acts like the Count Rotz. Here's what happened: We played VfB-Union in the market hall in Ludwigsburg. When the 2:1 fell for the VfB, a young man rejoiced and inadvertently pushed behind the lamp, which is attached directly behind him, which went to break. The superior came immediately, took up his data and the young man should go. He was helpful from the first moment, calm and he's really sorry. Since I've seen all this, I've tried to reconcile the superiors. Sure, they've got house law, and they can all get out. But who didn't even break something. For example, in the restaurant a glass. When that happened to me, I didn't have to pay for the glass or go. That can happen. But the staff was cold-hearted and pulled it through. Instruction of the boss (same thinking and judgement of the situation independent was too much needed). Another guest also got this and turned on. I could see how this man was annoyed and suddenly was touched by the younger man of the supervisor and should be thrown out. So I'm back. When the guest threatened to show the younger man of the superior, he left the guest and accused him of insult. Now this guest had to go because he allegedly insulted the supervisory error. The guest probably spoke negatively about the market room. Better than in kindergarten. How was that with deescalation? Foreign word in the market room. The guest called the police. Now the boss appeared. I talked to him. The boss immediately blocked. He didn't care what I wanted or looking at the guests. There was only one sentence from the boss. His superiors told him everything, he doesn't care anymore. It is also a recognition when I am ignored as a guest. The boss was very arrogant to me. Well, I guess you're just good to pay. Now judge yourself and check how you want to be treated."
