"we were on vacation and stopped because my children wanted pizza. we asked if we could sit down as they had a table with chairs in the waiting room and we didn't want to eat in the car. they said yes, no problem. but it was a very big problem. my children talked enthusiastically about our (until then) weekends and had fun among themselves, sisterish, but nothing too crazy. they have told my children that they keep making too much noise until they could not hear the commands about the phone. they advised me because they did not mock my children. they told me to bring the baby out (5 months old) because she made too much noise. She didn't even cry! when the food came, it was packed in a paper bag to go with the expectation that we went, and no cutlery delivered. they couldn't wait to throw us out (implicit, not verbally) because they had agreed to eat before, and since I had already paid a 20% tip in advance, we knew that we would eat there, and since we had nowhere else to go, we packed it out and eat it there. we asked for cutlery and got a fork and a knife (it was 4 of us.) oh, that was the most unpleasant experience we had in a LONG time from customer service! it ruined our vacation to be honest. I don't think this review will affect their business at all, as it is a takeaway community, but do not avoid it if they can, because why should we support a business that doesn't care about its customers!?"

"before a concert evening, I originally wanted to eat something in the hotel restaurant of the nestor (ludwigsburg). Unfortunately, the kitchen is closed until 18h00, the note card was only given me after a long wait, so that I mentioned very quickly read out and I don't want to lose myself in criticism, but to swarm from the cube. so I discovered the KUBUS restaurant. within a short time I was greeted, the card was presented to me and as a sparing season was, I immediately knew what I wanted. the spade with a steak, fried (well-well done). the desired came in a reasonable time and was of excellent quality. especially I really appreciated the "well well done" - I always order my steak in this form and really - I still get a semi- **** steak in most cases. here it was exactly at the point, completely through, yet tasty and also the economical was excellent. also the rest of the menu was varied and versatile. I didn't try everything. but, I was thrilled by the friendliness of the waitress and I noticed this also when operating at the other tables. after the event I wanted to drink another wine, and was completely fascinated here by the service readiness. even if I have to say that at the bar the waiter was not 100% familiar with the weeping - or it was a little bit of a thing about communication. for me, the cube in ludwigsburg is definitely the address to feed well and priced, and to be served excellently before an evening in the forum at the schlosspark. The area in the rear part with ten small tables is filled at this time up to 2/3, later and when we see on foot that you can also sit nicely at the entrance and at the lower window front. The tables are quite narrow (where are they already different today? and the two tables, if you get one for three people, are very close to handling. On the brown wooden tables are brighter fabric tablecloths. The menu that asks contains a part of the delicacies to be bought there. Beginning with antipasti (e.g. goat cheese pears with fried radicchio about 13 euros, seafood salad approx. 14 Euro, mussels and Sampi approx. 12 Euro via Pasta (Mezzeluse Nussbaum fig filling in fine fig sauce with fresh sheep cheese approx. 14 Euro, Tagliatelle with Calamaris, fresh artichokes and cream di Piselli approx. 15 Euro, Carne (Scaloppina in lime sauce with spaghetti all mugnaia, Aglio, Olio e Pepperoncion ca. 18 Euro, Pesce (fried wolf barschfilet with tropics onions, olives, Taggiasche and fresh mangold approx. 20 euros it ends with a small and equally fine dessert selection. If you do not come to the regular menu or prefer seasonal as this month truffles, you can also order it. Once fresh gnocchi with chestnut filling with fresh mushrooms and marons for approx. 15 euros, once homemade tagliatelle in butter sauce with turbulent white truffle from Alba for approx. 30 Euro and once Tagliatelle Tartufo (approx. 15 Euro with fresh turbulent truffles from Umbria. Our fourth in the waist had the calf sauce with the lime sauce. We agreed at the table: Better is not possible. Fluffy gnocchis, we do not read homemade, but because of the loose consistency of the finished product and the dreamy jam filling, delicate and thin slices of calf, a lime sauce in harmonious tuning and discreet lime flavor, biss-resistant noodles that affect both spaghetti and tagliatelle. Truffle splinters from Umbria were allowed to serve as a sauce under the noodles with oil, over which one of the best and also freshest truffles I have ever eaten was unfortunately only three thin slices (seuffzz above). For these fliers we want to pay the necessary and legitimate price."

Above all, however, the reaction of both involved waiters showed that the problem is not a single case, but is well known internally.Creating of the surreal visit was then a table handwritten bill that was added croatically in the head (and is likely to remain hidden from the financial office). the next visit will be long waiting for you. evaluation still two points for the partial friendly service. Price-performance ratio problematic: at the third the bill was about 60 euro, with the third person eating only one flat soup for 5 euro (!)."
