As far as the meal is concerned, I can only admit that I was proud to have taken the decision to give me a solitary dinner in this intimate and elegant bistro. I did not opt for a tasting menu, but I preferred to choose the dishes from the à la carte menu: baccalà mantecato and cabbage as appetizer and, to follow, the sturgeon fillet (delicious! smoked with cherry nut and Lompo eggs, as second. I skipped the first dish to devote myself to dessert and in fact I wanted to taste the apple peel with caramel mascarpone cream. I mean, it's worth trying one night."
