"Our visit to the Marrone wine cellar was a definite highlight of our trip to Piedmont! We did a half day cooking class which was more like cooking, drinking wine and laughing with friends. We arrived at 10:30 and the place was pretty quiet. We were met by Milena, a lovely girl who led us to the kitchen to begin cooking with Mihaela, a sweet and talented chef. They had some snacks out for us and welcomed us to begin with a glass of any wine of our choosing. We prepared a beautiful Braised beef with Barolo wine, a russian salad with homemade mayonnaise, risotto and a delicious chocolate and amaretto bunet for dessert. We had so much fun getting to know each other while cooking in the kitchen, all the while tasting delicious wine throughout preparing. After we finished preparing the food we went into the lovely dining area that was now full with others who were arriving to enjoy lunch and wine tasting. We were then served the lunch we made, accompanied by more fantastic wine. It was really a perfect day spent with a lovely and fun group of people. This is a family run winery and you really feel that when you have spent some time there. I would highly recommend this experience to enhance your vacation in Piedmont!"

"Siamo stati al Fosco Bistrot, facendo la visita guidata in Cantina, dove la ragazza che ci ha accompagnato ci ha descritto il processo della vinificazione, affinamento ed imbottigliamento. Poi, Lei stessa insieme ad altri due colleghi ci hanno servito il Menù della Tradizione, con i vini in abbinamento. Cosa posso dire, Ottimo il cibo, di alta qualità e presentato molto bene, molto buoni i vini in abbinamento, ed un servizio molto professionale, gentile e cordiale. Interessanti i vini che si possono acquistare, con un buon rapporto Qualità/Prezzo. Sicuramente da consigliare e da ritornarci."
