Beautiful discovery! Place hill outside chaos, in means to the vineyards. We stayed here for lunch choosing the tasting menu, great dishes. In spite of the place, we did not eat typical dishes of the Piedmontese tradition but it was this beautiful! we were yesterday at lunch, restaurant with wonderful views in the village of pear, ordered to paper, we are served of vegetable charcoal grissini with artistic form, rice waffles with hemp powder, beetroot with a cream of lime and cheeses of levitated pasta with paprika, bread with yeast mother and oil condensed by spalma. an explosion of gooses not to believe.
