"My partner and I visited at the end of October for our anniversary and had a wonderful time. We had burgers, the 'celebration of apple, ' and pumpkin pie (which I believe is not a usual menu item but was special for autumn/October/Halloween). Everything was fantastic, honestly. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and patient! We arrived about 45 minutes earlier than our booked time, because we were in town for just one day and it was too cold to keep walking around outside. We expected to be asked to wait, but they went ahead and set up the table for us, telling us that it just would be a while before we 'd be able to order due to a nearly full house. I have only two possible downsides. (1) if you don 't like a 'meaty ' veggie burger, the burgers may not be for you (I wouldn 't order it again, though it was still good), (2) they would benefit from having a selection of mocktails! I believe they have low alcohol beer but no totally alcohol free cocktails (or other mock alcohols), which surprised us because it seemed like a place that would do them. There are plenty of nonalcoholic drink options, but having a mushroom tea or a milkshake is a different vibe from having a fruity martini! One of us cannot have alcohol, and we were celebrating, so it would have been nice to have a drink together. Overall, I completely recommend it to any vegan, vegetarian, normative omnivore, etc anyone looking for some good food in a good atmosphere. Also, best pumpkin pie I have EVER had. And I 'm American by birth I 've eaten a lot of pumpkin pie."

"After some stressful and challenging days, it was my day off, finally. I decided to treat myself by going on my own for a proper meal. I put on my airy summer dress and got out of the house without makeup or having a specific destination I like to live dangerously, I know. The weather took me mentally back at home, Greece. Walking alongside riverside with the sun showering my now milk white skin (no tan for greek girls in the UK), I was getting reminded once again, how rich and beautiful this city 's architecture is. Wondering what restaurant to pick for my special day, I realized I would fancy some nice and well made burrito, so, as every self respected consumer I opened my google maps, typed burrito and filtered my list to the top rated ones. Jive was just 5 minutes away, which was quite convenient for my hungry belly. I had passed 1 million times from their door but never noticed it. You need to be looking for their floor standing sign. Walked up the stairs and ended up in an extremely atmospheric well lit room, with vintagely ruined plaster, exposed subflooring and industrial furniture. The windows were wide open, welcoming every bit of the summer weather and revealing an inspiring angle of everything that was going on outside, in the heart of Norwich, the fine city. The tables are few, for which I 'm not complaining about. After all I 'm getting more and more anti socially british as the time goes by. You don 't know me but I 'm one of those individuals who love to sit in crowded places and watch the strangers around them guessing their stories based on details. Regarding people enjoying the Jive food there, there was a big group of friends, an old couple, a new couple (probably on one of their first dates) and two men probably on an unofficial business meeting. The food was just amazing. Prices are not the best but then again, it was expected considering the position and the dine in feature. Loved every aspect of my visit. Honorable mention? The polite and helpful service."

"everything i order usually is amazing. the majority of the staff are lovely apart from one member — i’m not too sure if he’s the manager? there’s been multiple instances where he’s been nothing but unwelcoming and quite rude to me and those i’ve been with. there was one instance in which me and a friend came into the shop to order our food to which the said member of staff asked if we wanted a menu; when we politely declined and said we know what we’re having, he gave us both incredibly dirty looks and became almost standoffish — he also just proceeded to not go about whatever he was doing, stood in front of us so we couldn’t reach the counter to order, and just stared at us until we said we’re going to sit outside? to which he just said ‘umm okay?’ despite the sign outside asking for people to come in and say hi before sitting outside. in another instance we went into the shop to inquire if it was okay if we sat outside, the same member of staff quickly brushed us off as if we were inconveniencing him in some way and simply told us to go sit outside and he’ll come take our order. we sat outside for about 30 minutes and not once did anyone let alone the member of staff come to take our order — so we just left. there’s been so many instances in which i’ve been sitting outside and every single time he side eyes me whilst going in and out of the shop. i’m not too sure if he’s just like this or if he seriously has something against me — regardless he makes the environment very very uncomfortable and i now avoid going to the shop at all."

"came here for birthday dinner. the atmosphere here was very beautiful; fresh flowers in a glass water on every table, a very wide menu in comparison to other 'fine dining' restaurants. the dishes were delicious. I and my sister have an appetizer mozzarella in carrozza. I wish I could upload videos of the cross section, but it was mouthwater. the mozzarella block in the inner was melted to gooey infection, and it was well composed by the spicy sauce. my sister can't be sharp. she hates spicy eating. but she tried a little bit of the sauce with the cheese, and I found her flattering the sauce to eat with the cheese. the aromen complement each other so well that the spicy kick of the sosse softens and balances with the cheese. I ordered gnocchi al salmone, and it was positiw delicious. I usually don't eat zucchini (or enjoy this family as gurke, but the zucchini was so soft, it melted in my mouth with the gnocchi and the white sauce (which I had sure would be in it, and the salmon separated light and was thoroughly cooked. every bite was a perfect mix of taste, and I managed to like it all. (while a picky esser. I tasted my sister's lobster ravioli who ordered her, and it was also delicious. I think the personal was Italian on accented, but either everything was delicious, and left a pleasant aftertaste. the price is reflected in the quality of the food; perfection. I'd like to come back."
