"We've walked so often next to the restaurant, but somehow never managed to step inside until now. Because we came directly from a hike in the woods, the first thing was so wash the hands, and while I was waiting the rest of the people...I noticed the big hall. A waiter came and said that we're free to take a look inside even though it was not really in use due to the private occasion in the previous evening. The hall looked like a nice place to have some bigger party (and from the looks, there had been a weggind reception). As the weather was nice, we decided to sit in the beer garden. Note: you can't go there through the beuilding, but must go around it. The garden is really big and has a nice forestry like feeling. Looking at thea earlier reviews, I'm a bit confused: with us, the service worked perfectly. The waiting times to place the orders after selecting the food was next to nothing, and the waiter paid us a few visits (we were sitting a bit further from the main group) to verify everything was ok. The portions were big, and the food was of ok quality. Ok meaning that it had some minro things that could've been better, but it was very well edible as such. The one minus for me is that the shooting range behind the house was in active use, so there was a short period of time during which the noise affected the atmosphere. But what can you expect if the place is called Schießhaus Shooting house)."

"as we were already native to the former landbierparadies at Ur times, we wanted to know what was in the meantime from the host house. the interior has been preserved for the most part and supplemented by various items of equipment, which creates a much more pleasant and more affordable atmosphere in the overall picture. because we do not want to compare with the evaluation, but want to evaluate this here and now, the interior atmosphere for the unarticled design gets 5 points. To service: we were greeted shortly after our arrival friendly and served quickly and courteously. too many guests were not present, which is why the service staff was well-sized for the number of guests. the beverage order was quickly picked up and the drinks served as quickly. our well-being was regularly asked, which is why we felt well looked after all. In this respect, the service comes from our own 5 points.Drinks: the galvani offers a wide selection of regional and Franconian beer specialties, which does not leave a wish open and satisfy bierliebhar any coleur (supply will be bright, dark, cellar, bock/Starkbier, white beer, pils and alcohol-free beer). Here again the comparison with the landbier paradise is allowed, which comes in total to more different types of beer. because the focus of galvani is from our own eating and not on the huge beer offer, the selection of galvani is, in spite of all, a range that is satisfactory to the extent. various other alcohol-free drinks complete the offer, which is why the drink offer receives 5 points.Speisen: on our tellers landed broth times, chump and various fryinges with knocks and late zle. the crust of the booze was one of the best we could enjoy so far. the meat itself would have carried a few minutes in many times, as it was quite bite-resistant. therefore a small minus point. the broth times were simply but tasteful, for 5 points there was a certain lack of something, especially since a portion for itself is rather not satisfactorily for the average. a little disappointment can be seen from the supplemental salad; during the dressing seems to be homemade, various components of the salat were "out of the glass" (carrots, beans). the love on the cookery is not least recognized at the start of the main meal; salads with recognizable finished products are the whole inpressure, especially for fresh carrots etc. in cook preparation should not be too much time and energy on it. fresh carrots, especially as salate, probably more costly, so we cannot understand why in restaurants we put on such finished products that do not come to the table at home. the roasts were tenderly cooked, the knocks in order. the late zle were also finished products, which we cannot understand, as we as hobby chefs are expected to produce our late zle without big upswing themselves and the same from a chef. due to the very simple brothing times, the somewhat bit bite-resistant and the supplement salad and the late zle, we tend in the evaluation between three and four points - and forgive three points associated with the hope that at our next visit at least fresher ingredients land on the tellers.price performance: the drinks prices are well-designed in the range between 2,50 and 3,00 €. the brothings are in the range 5,00 - 6,50 €, which is reasonable and not covered due to the ease of use. roast and brunettes are between 9.00 and 11,00 €, which does not correspond entirely to the performance that ultimately lands on the teller due to the restrictions mentioned above. in the range from 10,00 € you get in purely priced terms in nürnberg often - often even cheaper. a fresh supplemental salad could have revalued the picture, the late zle are not worth the talk (and the price). Conclusion: in the result, it remains to be noted that the galvani cozy ambiente with good soaking and soaking expensive offers basically reasonable praises. Since you find less and less Franconian localities in nürnberg, you can be happier about the existence of the galvani in an admittedly not quite simple environment. a little more recognizable lust and love cooking at (fresh) would not harm, a homepage with informations to the house and offer would round off the harmonious offer and interested guests in the more open-minded approach. all in all, we felt well-resolved and could look over the one or the other weak. We would also be pleased to be able to discover a positive development at one or the other, and to award together 4 points! we're coming back!"

"for several years this Italian restaurant has established itself in fischbach. next to the 2 guest rooms, which still have a very Franconian touch, there is still a large garden behind the house.I was greeted friendly but also something reserved. quickly came the card and also my drink request was fulfilled immediately. shortly after, one has placed a huge plaque with the daily dishes before me. the card contains mainly the drinks, pasta dishes and pizza. I ordered the antipasti and then wanted to taste the offered calf liver. the leber was, although on the tageskarte, not available and was recommended as replacement lammkarree. I took that and I was not disappointed. 5 rippchen wonderfully tender and inside still pink. Just as I like it. there was also a bed with roast potatoes and a crisp vegetables. the lemon sauce has wonderfully harmonized with this course.The antipasti were also plentiful and also varied from aubergine to gamba. the preparation was however little varied and tastefully nothing special. as with many other Italians, one does not understand the individual elements of the antipasti by specific spices tastefully support.Princifully one moves at the upper end, but can be accepted for the quality and size of the portions offered. lammkarree € 21,50, a glass lugana cá dei fati € 4,90 and espresso € 2,00 are fine.Not the pointed italiener nürnbergs, but quite a further visit worth."
