"Having received a Smartbox as a gift, among the various participating restaurants, I chose the red pipino. After calling the restaurant, booking dinner, I informed the owner of this box of mine, I was told that she would deduct the amount of the gift I received (which doesn't seem nice to me to know the amount that some of my friends spent on a gift to the dinner that I would have eaten. It's a shame that these are not the rules in the smart box app, but rather I have included a first course of your choice, a second course, a glass of wine and a coffee. Or a first course at the beach, a second course of sea bream in a potato crust, a coffee and a glass; the lady replies that they don't have these items. When I invited her to fix this problem of hers, she replied IT'S NOT MY PROBLEM, placing the blame on Smart box. Having said that, she was really not very courteous, not very elegant, and with an out of the ordinary arrogance. I will certainly never opt to go to this place for dinner."
