"This restaurant was so good that it made me regret how cavalier I have been with five star ratings in the past because this one is a TRUE five star. Absolutely as good as it gets. My friend and I were on Mallorca for 36 hours and wanted to see the very best of it. Toque was listed as one of the best restaurants in Palma, so we looked at the menu and decided to check it out. We got there when it opened at 7:00pm, which is a little early for dinner for the Europeans, but just about perfect for us Americans, so we didn't have to wait at all. We ordered bread to start, which was served warm with garlic aioli and olives a great start to a spectacular meal. Our waiter arrived and told us the specials and one caught our ear a tomato and strawberry gazpacho with a scoop of basil sorbet and rosemary. We both ordered this as an appetizer along with a bottle of Rose. The gazpacho was inspired. So unique and unexpected, but incredibly good. We couldn't stop talking about how different yet perfect those flavors were together. We then ordered the lamb shoulder and the oxtail ravioli, planning to share both entrees. I have never had lamb that was so tender and the array of vegetables and the sauce really went well with the dish. We both loved the lamb. The oxtail ravioli, however, stole the show. No exaggeration, this was one of the best dishes I have ever eaten. The truffle sauce and parmesan cheese were simply exquisite with the oxtail, which was perfectly tender and immensely flavorful. There is no way to describe it that would do it justice, all I can say is if you are even in the vicinity of Mallorca, you should not pass this up. The oxtail was beyond incredible. We saved a little room for dessert and split the Crème brulée, which was creamy beneath the delicious crust on top a perfect way to finish our divine meal here. The people working here were all friendly, professional, and helpful. Our waiter was an incredibly nice and attentive man who gave us recommendations, answered our questions, and conversed with us. He even hailed a taxi for us when we left! I'm not sure how many times in my life I'll get to go to Mallorca it's quite a bit of a trek from the US but I can honestly say that I will make it a top priority to go to this restaurant whenever I am in the area and I highly, highly recommend you do the same."

"@lydieats Rundown of our dinner, we each started with the grilled scallops, topped with rocoto butter and chimichurri. Super juicy and flagrant!! The cannelloni is made of avocado sliced and stuffed with lobster. This kinda tastes like a salty California roll so my least fav. Loved the amberjack tiradito, which is served on a fish-shaped plate topped with kumquat, aji Amarillo, and Peruvian corn. The flavors are as vibrant as the visuals and the refreshing acidity complements the buttery fish very well. Foie gras toast is an absolute must. It's like a chip topped with liver covered in chives. The leek compote introduces a caramelized sweetness that perfects itThe wagyu hanger steak is dreamy and tender, and just melts away. For the fruity dessert, we got the passion fruit pudding, topped with coconut foam and mint granita. The sour minty flavors are very strong here so it's very very refreshing. If you're looking for sth sweet, get the chocolate! The sweet chocolate, bitter Pisco jelly, and salty corn combine together to make a complex and delicious finale. The desserts feel similar in spirit to Estela and Farra so it's no surprise that I love Stagier! The Stagier Bar, which was the most tasteful sniper among the places I ate in Palma. The restaurant is smaller than expected, so reservations are essential!! Except for the avocado cannelloni being a bit salty, all the dishes I ordered were delicious, so there seems to be no failure. The signature yellowtail tiradito is a must-try On a fish-shaped plate, yellowtail, kumquats, Peruvian yellow pepper and corn are beautifully plated. The sourness and sweetness go well with the unique savory taste of yellowtail, and it is a go-run dish that is very colorful, but there is nothing to do. The foie gras is also delicious It comes out with plenty of liver and chives on toast like very thin chips, but I use leek comfort to add sweetness so that it is not obvious. The steak was tender and delicious, and the dessert was also yum. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4"
