First, there's everything I like in Japanese food: skewers, sushi and makis. with, as a bonus, good Chinese noodles (that there is in any Asian buffet, of course, but they are not always good, so as to emphasize it). Then it is quite rarely crowded, something that has always surprised me when I went there (I would say about 15 times,) because it is still good and cheap. In the end, it's so much better for customers, who can eat calmly. Finally, if a dish is exhausted, it is usually restocked in the next few minutes.At worst, it is reported and they do what they need.Nothing to say about the service, if it is only very discreet. Come on, for chipoter: too discreet? But I don't mind, I'm not coming for that. cooks may not speak well French (Chinese, not Japanese, as usual). I've found their pins a little dry, but not to the point of getting bad. At worst, they're just a little less good than normal. It's not a big one, but it's a detail because it's a buffet.
