"A quick lunch stop, with my husband, turned into a very unpleasant experience. The manager or owner took our order and when I dared to ask if the meatballs were served with pasta he corrected me and in very unpleasant way and said that I obviously had never been to Italy. (I have been going to Italy at least three times a year for the past 40 years and I also speak excellent Italian). I should know that meatballs with tomato sauce are never served with pasta. Big news to me!Pasta is one course followed by meat or fish which is another course. My husband's Timbale(kind of cake) made out of pasta and cheese was unacceptably boring and my meatballs were dry with a uninteresting tomato sauce.I ordered a coffee and was surprised to see that it was served without a little cookie or sweet which I asked for with the bill. Same manager irritable as ever, said, no, that is not the way we serve coffee here. He nonetheless grudgingly brought two little chocolate meringue's which were perfectly good. The bill we received did not correspond to what was posted outside of the restaurant and we showed him the difference between our bill and what was outside, a mistake on my dish, three euros more than was posted, and a mistake on my husband's dish two euros more than was indicated on the outside. He was very irritated, said he gave us 2 cookies for"free" and that the error was the fault of the computer, and handed us the five euro bill which he obviously owed us, and said "vous avez gagné". (You won) I see, because if we hadn't noticed the error on our bill, he would have won! Is this a game?He certainly thought we were American tourists passing through town and that he could pull a quick maneuver on the bill. I have rarely been so badly treated in a restaurant French, Italian or other in Paris. He did everything that was required to make sure that we will never set foot in his restaurant again, it's a shame, since we had been there before and had perfectly satisfactory meals."

"We were out with family last night. We have 2 vegetarians traveling with us so we always look for a place that would suit all of us. We asked that lady in front if there was vegetarian options she said there was and she could tell the kitchen to make them something. We ordered some beers and juices. Can't really go wrong with beers, however the juice came, it was served in a tall glass which was half full and with lots of ice (looked about 100ml of juice with ice). That wasn't the worse of it, when we got the bill it was £9 that's when it went downhill. It was cheaper to have a pint of beer! If you're going to charge someone that amount it needs to be worth it and it definitely wasn't. We were told that's how they do it in Paris and that they bring some water for the customers to add to their juice. What a load of BS! MAINS: We had the duck breast with honey and ginger sauce. My duck came out cold and it was just covered in sauce. My duck wasn't pink at all like she told us it would be. They also cut it in pieces then seared it. What a waste of a duck breast! Now to the vegetarian dishes it was just loaded with fries, about 3 tablespoons full of "wok stir fried vegetables" and some rice which cost €15 each. What a joke! The steak was ok.SERVICE: the waitress started off nice, joking with us and having a chat but when I said we had some feedback she started getting upset. We told her about the juice which she kept saying we ordered the medium size (imagine what the small would of looked like) then my cold duck (which she was right I should of told her about the cold duck earlier) and the vegetarian dishes! She then said she didn't make up the prices. I explained to her that if you give the quality and reasonable quantity then we would be happy to pay the prices. She just kept going on about she didn't make up the prices.I then proceeded to tell her about how it wasn't worth the prices as feedback and then she started getting really upset and wouldn't really listen to us. I mentioned that I had been to Paris a few time and this place wasn't great which she answered with "oh which places have you been to because I know ALL the places in Paris" (wasn't sure where she was going with that) and that everything they use is fresh. Well to me just because it's fresh you need to know what to do with it or how to cook it. Having a statement of its fresh doesn't mean it tastes great.Anyway I kept mentioning to her it was some feedback and not to get upset about it but she just kept talking back to us and wouldn't listen to us so we just gave up, paid the bill and walked out.If we could give it a zero rating we would! Don't go here is my advice. Also she said ALL the comments were great on their social media well I see a few not so great ones on here. Won't ever go here again!"

"we visited betting for a long weekend and decided to return to this restaurant already visited. We decided to go back because of a very positive past experience and upon arrival, we were not surprised to see that it was already half full, with a staff who was running attentively and the whole establishment was breathing pleasure and atmosphere! We waited on the podium ' for a staff member to arrive and when they did, they asked if we wanted to sit outside (a small group of chairs located directly outside the restaurant on the sidewalk but mainly occupied by smokers), in a cabin, at a table or equivalent to an extra table. We decided to opt for the "bar table" option, because it gave us an advantage in height so that we could see outside and enjoy the atmosphere inside. there were people of all ages who dined here; all ordered a variety of articles (it was really good to have a point of view on our bar stools to see what looked exceptionally good!!) but unfortunately it didn't really help our decision because everything looked delicious! at the end, we opted for the hd hot dog dinner, which was an absolutely gigantic hot dog that was overflowing with the little bread and had just been installed on the plate, served with good fries - I can't explain what made them awesome, so you'll only have to make your own opinion, but they were really good and the pico of gallo and the relish were We also had the biggie chicken cobb salad that was chicken in a cajun spice with eggs, bacon, tomatoes, cheese and more! We ate at our hunger and have always left food on our plates, the portions are also in conformity with the American-style portions and if we had not already had delicious ice creams coming down the Champs-Élysées, we would certainly have had one of their milkshakes because they looked amazing, just like pecan pie dessert, but we had no place, which was regrettable. I would strongly recommend a visit here if you want to escape from Parisian cuisine and return to the good old favorites. It is a restaurant without fun, well-appointed with a neat decoration and attention to detail. They also have "Happy Hours" at the end of the afternoon/at the beginning of the evening (apologies, I can't be more precise about their exact time) where you can get good deals on drinks."
