"I've been to I-Sushi in Conegliano, Italy several times; the manager and the wait-staff were absolutely amazing. I decided since the I-Sushi in Pordenone is much closer to give them a try...bad idea. The server brought our order and had no idea who ordered what. Then she handed my daughter a dish in which we didn't order. I told the waitress it was not ours and was in the middle of explaining what we did order when she simply walked off...in the middle of me talking to her?!! Then another waitress brought back the same dish and said this was what we ordered....again, I explained it was not ours and again, she walked off mumbling under her breath. I lived in Japan for over a decade and I know what sushi I like/don't like so I made it a point to point with my finger to the item on the menu each time I order. For 80+ Euros (think $100 American); this was not even close to a good meal. Not because the food was horrible, it wasn't; but because the servers were rude, had no knowledge of the menu and simply don't care about the customers."

Instead, the same people, the same courtesy, the same quality. in the two days spent in pordenone, we tasted the three cutters: meat with side dish of potatoes, tuna with grilled vegetables, chicken with mystique and cherry tomatoes. accompanied by Pinot Noir. dessert cream baked with berries and limoncello for me. "We had dinner at this restaurant on Saturday night. The staff greeted us with a smile and made us sit on the internal veranda. "Questa sera, dopo tanto, non ho mangiato sushi su consiglio di un amico, volevo provare il shi. azzeccata scelta dato che siamo nella zona gialla per poterli mangiare la sera è impossibile e abbiamo scelto di prendere via. Nel pomeriggio ho prenotato i piatti sul sito. Sito accurato con foto, suddiviso per categorie, numero di pezzi e prezzi. Opportunità di scegliere il tempo di ritiro e l'opportunità di scegliere il pagamento. Con carta o mano, alle sette del mattino, prelevo tutto. Totale puntualità, tutto pronto. "Quando decidi di portare un collega straniero (svizzero) in una trattoria sconosciuta, per una cena memorabile, esci pagando €. leccandoti i baffi e con un sorriso da un orecchio all'altro potresti non essere affatto ubriaco e neppure brillo, ma semplicemente felice! Abbiamo iniziato con due prosciutti di S. Daniele di diversa stagionatura, proseguito con un Ungherese stagionato, favolosi! Un assaggio di formaggi strepitosi, zuppetta di cipolla rossa buonissima, risotto ai Finferli da urlo, Frico con cipolla, sempre quella speciale. Musetto con purè e qualche altra diavoleria. Ad ogni portata abbiamo scelto un calice di vino diverso, tutto in crescendo fino al divino e superbo Petrucco Pignolo What else??!! Pensate c'è chi lo dice solo per un caffè! Naturalmente grazie all'assistenza di un cameriere di grande classe oltre che di un grande Chef. Locale non economico, ma non importa..."

"Located in a large pedestrian square with lots of outdoor seating. The indoor decor was intriguing but with the Covid we chose outside plus the night was enchanting. The place was quite full and the waiters very professional and efficient. Given how busy they were and having to wear their masks all night I could understand that they were quite serious. They were not very particular about the table appearance but I will forgive it because how busy they were and how hungry we were. Otherwise, it was a little sloppy place setting. I had the pizza diavola which was quite good, what you would expect in Italy. My wife and the kids had different kinds of pasta and all three were excellent, simple pastas. The cooking was perfectly al dente and the sauces were such that the pasta never got dry which because the children eat quite slow happens sometimes. We also ordered a side dish of grilled vegetables but these were disappointing... soggy and no smokiness or charring. In all the prices were good and the pasta was good, and the location excellent, so I would return."

"After living in Italy for 6 months, I was craving American food so we went to this diner and the pictures on the menu looked awesome, the atmosphere was great and so I was alarmed at how terrible the food was. I ordered a crispy chicken ranch salad and could only swallow a few bites before my stomach turned. The chicken tasted like it had been frozen for years and the ranch dressing tasted like warm mayo. My husband ordered a burger and although he is not a picky eater only ate a third of it since the meat was bland and dry. We survived on a few fries each. I thought I would order a milkshake to go since you can 't mess that up- I was wrong. It tasted like a cup of water with a spoonful of ice cream. I 've never had a meal that was completely inedible. Avoid this place by all means!"

"Recently, it was my third time eating here. I traveled to Pordenone just to eat the Carbonara. I will simply say it's the best one I've ever had. Please come visit Dry Bridge!! Besides its incredible pasta, the place has been run by a lovely couple for the past 43 years (and counting). Feels like going to your nonna’s house. Traditional Italian, homemade dishes that go straight to your heart. I would recommend this place for families or anyone who wants to eat memorable pasta in a very cozy restaurant."
