"Table booked for 13, we arrive we ask the waiter if it was possible to add 4 places and we announce our arrival, understandably we answer no, leaving the tone rudeness, and leaving us to ourselves. From there it will leave half an hour in which in 5 we stay planted in the middle of the restaurant with the waiters passing by and no one gives us audience/ accompanies us to the table. Let’s begin to draw the attention of the waiters who rejoin us right and miss. Finally we are listening, we ask if we can add at least one place also tightening us and we are answered no, that they have assigned us a small table and every other table is booked for the second round, the extra person walks towards the umbrella but a different waiter changes version and tells us that we can sit all 5 in the small table, while we sit another turn again it changes version for the 4th time and tells us that we can sit back Without allowing the request to add seats, which can be difficult, wait 30 minutes to sit at a table BOOK A BEFORE I find it is quite absurd. They could have only been disorganized and under stress during the weekend, but the poor education of the waiter spoils all the experience and commitment of the kitchen that remains excellent. Honestly, if I have to leave money to a structure from which I'm shut up and where I cry in my face, I prefer to go elsewhere. Too bad."

"Slow service, arrogant staff (cassiere in particular), agreed menu not respected. Booked well in advance for a group of 20 people and agreed a fixed menu with pinsa, beer and water at a discounted price. We arrive and beer is not there, the alternatives offered are chardonnay wine and spritz. Meanwhile we ask to start having water and pine. The water was not fresh, the pineapple does not come. Let's raise. Slowly comes the pinsa, good. There is neither the spritz nor the chardonnay. We raise again, while waiting we drink hot water (in the meantime spend another half an hour). At that point it turns out that not even Chardonnay is there and they offer us an alternative wine, which frankly was really bad, and yet we also make this go well. The time comes to pay for an agreed menu that has not been respected, for terrible wine and for hot water. And here the arrogance of those who managed the case has arrived at the highest levels: no separate accounts even with fixed price equal for all (and there is but there is way and way of saying things), incompetence in communication and zero recognition of the numerous sins of the evening, that the restaurateurs who know how to do their work consider and grant for this a certain greater courtesy and perhaps also excuses for managing the evening. The work of the restaurateur is an art that is practiced with people, here not even remotely considered. We will never return again, even for hot water, slow service, unexisting agreed beer replaced with poor wine, but especially for the arrogance with which we were treated. The customers who come for the very suggestive place, but of suggestive places are happy to find others."

"premise: I put 3 stars on trust, because the place is opened just over a month and the staff was very kind. Location: from a former warehouse/manufacture the outside is really squalid; I'm sure they will put hands to make it a little more presentable (otherwise it is winter and there was bad weather. Meanwhile, however, that blue wall and white writing at the entrance... It seems to get into the pool! As soon as you cross the threshold though, inside is another world, well furnished and illuminated, spacious and clean. MENU: we came Sunday to lunch (local desert with a coupon tippest. Mixed sliced appetizer, first (cappelletti or tagliatelle, ribbed with baked potatoes and dessert. I review by premitting that I am not a cook, but simply a man who cooks! Mixed sliced appetizer: taken in the most literal sense. Presented so it is really squalid. Just a little bit: a slice of good cheese, a finger food (choose you, a hamellatin... And I assure you it changes look! The piadina... industrial! No! If you can't do it at home, there are far better! The bread: the maid emphasizes that it is made in the house. I can bet. with the bread machine that leaves a characteristic aftertaste, as well as the shape. Also in this case or do it really in the house, or better opt for a good oven! The first ones, we tasted both cappelletti and tagliatelle to the ragù. Good! Both pasta and ragù. Pork ribs: having inserted it in a tippest menu that I imagine serves to make you known, I expected it was your battle horse. Costumes (of which the cut taken and put on the grid is also wrong. They are good for a grill of meat along with bacon, sausage and lonza. But as a unique dish no! Tip: First of all, choose the St. Louis cut, cook 120° in static oven for 4 and a half hours (covered with aluminum and the last 10 minutes roasted on the grill. Customers won't resist! Baked potato... serve with peel! No! The peel is left in the fried potatoes, cut very thin, where it does not feel in the mouth and makes them much more tasty. But the baked potatoes are made without peel (also because with the peel do not sprinkle. Sweet cheesecake with berries in jar: very good! I hope you read the reviews and make them treasure: in luck! P.S. The hot spotted coffee... : P.P.S. If you do not stop the gate at the beginning of the road, with the wind it closes and when customers come out in the rain, you must stop to reopen it! :"
