"My girlfriend and I have ordered there countless times and have never had anything to complain about. The food is always hot and incredibly tasty. We rave every time. The delivery was almost always on time and if it wasn't, there was always a heartfelt apology and either a discount or a small gesture. There are many extras and variations on burgers that we have rarely seen anywhere else in various other burger restaurants in Wuppertal. The fried egg, which you can order on your burger for under €1 extra, is always perfectly fried and the yolk is usually still creamy/runny. The employees and especially the owner are without exception super friendly and helpful. Simply the best shop for burgers and hospitality in the Wuppertal area!"

"Da wir draussen gesessen haben, kann ich zu der Atmosphäre im Innenbereich nicht viel sagen. Im Aussenbereich ist es gemütlich.Im Service ist die jüngere Dame sehr nett, jedoch auch ganz klar bei den vielen Gästen überfordert (nicht ihre Schuld). Das gleiche gilt für die Küche. Wir haben um 20.05 Uhr unser Essen bestellt. Um 22.10 Uhr kam dann das Essen, nachdem wir zweimal gefragt haben. Die Aioli war die schlechteste, die ich bis heute gegessen habe. Künstlicher Geschmack mit viel Maggi. Der Hauptgang hat mir auch nicht wirklich geschmeckt. Alles viel zu fettig und pampig.Ich gehe sehr gerne und auch oft spanisch essen. Leider ist La Paella der schlechteste Spanier, den ich bis heute besucht habe. Die vielen positiven Bewertungen kann ich in nicht bestätigen. Scheinbar kennen die Remscheider kein richtig gutes spanisches Essen."

"We were eating there for five on a Saturday night. The place was very well visited, so: VOLL! And with that VERY loud. But that's the fate of a restaurant. The service was good. The food cosi cosi (both as well as the Risotto, which my wife had chosen, was tastefully very good. The rice would have needed a little more cooking time because it was very poor. My Saltimbocca alla Romana would have been honored by the crowd, a handful German restaurant. Sadly, meat, sauce, vegetables and rosemary meats were dressed on a plate. The large unital quantity matched the ambitious price of almost €20. No preparation. The vegetables (sugars, beans, etc. were too salty. Two small, almost raw pieces had snuck into the rosemary apples. The three thin (so it must be! Discs of veal would have been really OK with the sauce, the kitchen would have taken a little more care when seizing. Unfortunately, I found a few, small cartilage (or long? pieces). And that must not happen in veal. Maybe it would be better to stay here with pizza and pasta?"

"We have been guests of the “The Pyramid” restaurant for many years and the welcome notice is that the service staff has changed. And this caused problems during our visit: The waitress needed some time to bring us the drink (cologne), but after memory it came immediately. We had to explain to the waitress how a steak “Medium rare” should look, she didn’t know. We had ordered a salad with yoghurt sauce, but she brought a salad with Vinaigrette. Explanation: I had ordered it in the kitchen, but the chefs did it wrong. No excuse. But the salad was then replaced. After an appetizer and the “Gruss from the kitchen” had been brought, she came and asked if we wanted to have a dessert. She was amazed when we remembered that we had not received the main court. After some time she came with the announcement that there was no champignon sauce for the “Wiener Schnitzeln” even though the card contains it. An alternative onion sauce did not taste it. Then the ordered main dishes finally came after about 1.5 hours after we had visited the restaurant. Beverages passed the waitress over the table past the other guests in front of the nose, although they could have served the drinks “from the right”. The neighboring tables were very loud, but the waitress was still able to outbid the neighboring guests by volume and explained that she could not be noticed otherwise. Resümee: the food was quite good, but the service is very developmental!"

"Das Essen war eine Zumutung! Ich hatte Cannelloni mit Ricotta und Spinat bestellt. Leider musste ich auf meinem Teller die Cannelloni suchen, da diese unter einem Meer von Sauce begraben waren. Zum Service. Leider kam der Kellner nicht einmal zum Tisch um zu fragen, ob alles ok ist. Getränke musste man wie in einem Vereinsheim vorne an der Theke bestellen. Obwohl vorne an Haustür steht, dass man mit Karte zahlen kann, ist dies nicht MÖGLICH! Ein Witz! Schlussendlich bin ich nur froh, dass ich die überteuerte Rechnung nicht zahlen musste, da wir eingeladen worden sind."
