"The Bar Beya restaurant in Remscheid is a real highlight and absolutely recommended! As soon as you enter, you will notice the elegant and cozy ambience, which creates an inviting and stylish atmosphere at the same time. You simply feel at home here, whether for a special occasion or a relaxing Sunday. I was there for Sunday brunch and all I can say is: the food was fantastic! The selection was incredibly diverse – everything from savory to sweet dishes was there. Every bite was satisfying and the quality of the ingredients was clearly noticeable. The service was outstanding – courteous, warm and always keen to ensure that the guests felt completely comfortable. It is rare to see a team that is so friendly and attentive without seeming intrusive. Another big plus are the toilet facilities: very clean, well kept and tidy. It was noticeable that they were checked regularly and kept in top condition. The price performance ratio is also convincing across the board. Here you get excellent quality at absolutely fair prices from the choice of food to the pleasant atmosphere. For anyone who wants to enjoy a relaxed and high quality brunch, Bar Beya is an absolute recommendation. I'll definitely be back, keep it up!"

Absolute disaster on Saturday lunchtime! Waiters don't know where the back and the front are...40 minutes until the drinks come : The worst are the burgers. Soft and prepared without love. Burrito really good! The beer tastes like they just cleaned the pipe…. It's a shame that it has declined so much.

I would prefer to give 0 stars. I was there today with a friend and the waiter was extremely rude. I have never experienced anything like it. I had ordered a burger and since we had a misunderstanding with the order, he loudly started to blame me, even though I had clearly told him that I wanted a burger and not just a plate of pieces of meat. I was extremely ashamed. Something like that is anything but professional. I really can't recommend this restaurant purely Conscience recommend. As more guests arrived, the waiter suddenly became completely different and friendly. I'm just speechless and disappointed. Never again.

The three of us were there on a Saturday afternoon. The shop was relatively busy, but unfortunately there was only one waiter who was just on his second day there. The poor guy really couldn 't keep up, it had been over 35 minutes before we had our first drink. Food was brought beforehand and it doesn 't work at all. Cocktails could not be consumed because the bartender wasn 't there yet. The burgers were less than average, buns just limp, little sauce, carelessly prepared. Burnt sweet potato fries. We ordered sour cream and got plain sour cream?!?! The tables next to us also probably had their empty plates in front of them for over half an hour because there was no time to clear them away....
