Additionally, what we came for (salmon tartare) was not available, despite the fact that we had asked during a coffee stop a few days before if this dish was still available and we were told assured that yes. No word of apology from the waiter who said let us look at the menu and then disappeared for almost 20 minutes, even though we were ready to order and hungry.
