"I had the chance to taste the menu offered by this restaurant and I have to say that I was absolutely delighted by each dish presented. The crunchy coconut egg was a perfectly executed entrance. The crisp was light and crispy outside, while the coconut egg inside was cooked perfectly. Adding speck ham and peas added an extra texture and flavour to the whole, while fresh grass oil brought a touch of freshness to the whole. The main dish, a parmentier d’effiloché d’ekne de porc, tagliatelles de carrots, mustard à l’ancien, was also exceptional. The meat was tender and tasty, while the carrot tagliatelles brought a touch of color and pleasant texture. Old mustard added a bright and slightly spicy flavor that really balanced the whole. Finally, dessert, a roast pineapple, green lemon and ginger, coconut cream, was the nail of the meal. The pineapple was roasted to perfection, soft and juicy, while the acid flavors of the green lemon and ginger added a pleasant touch of spice. The coconut cream was light and creamy, bringing a velvety texture to the whole. Overall, this menu was a real delight and I strongly recommend this restaurant to all lovers of refined cuisine. The dishes were well presented and perfectly balanced in terms of flavors and textures, offering a truly memorable gastronomic experience."
