We went to lunch while touring Champagne. We were hungry and went in the first restaurant we saw in Sézanne without checking reviews. We had a delighful lunch and the service was very friendly and very efficient. Three of us had the Parmentier …. it was very tasty, serve with a delicious sauce. Another friend had the fish and this was also lovely. The 5th one had the sweetbreads and she said that they were a bit rich but delicious.we all had the 3 course menu and everything was delicious. Stayed one night here. Had a very warm welcome from the manager who also turned out to be the chef. Our room was very clean and had air conditioning. This was great as the temperature was 40 degrees outside. Some rooms do not have air conditioning! We had a first class meal in the hotel restaurant where service was very efficient. We noticed that many of the locals chose to dine in the restaurant. Usual continental breakfast was served. All staff were friendly and courteous. A good choice for us.

Reservation for dinner at the restaurant in week facilitated by a very good reception. The restaurant is for us a beautiful discovery with an expression that suits it: Very but not too much! Very well received. Very well served. Very good foods (Excellents) . No pressure for dinner in express. The plates are well trimmed without being too copyy. Have taken 2 menus at 43€. For a gourmet restaurant, it's fine. The choice is very correct. Get out of the table without starving. All right, but not too fat, not too hard/heavy. Don't forget a map of the alcohols, including very attractive whiskeys. An accessible chef with accessible kitchen. Experience to renew.

I had the chance to taste the menu offered by this restaurant and I have to say that I was absolutely delighted by each dish presented. The crunchy coconut egg was a perfectly executed entrance. The crisp was light and crispy outside, while the coconut egg inside was cooked perfectly. Adding speck ham and peas added an extra texture and flavour to the whole, while fresh grass oil brought a touch of freshness to the whole. The main dish, a parmentier d’effiloché d’ekne de porc, tagliatelles de carrots, mustard à l’ancien, was also exceptional.
