"to make it short, the revisit was a pure fall. Eat went so, everything was far too narrow in the room and entertained only by brunettes.We were there with several people and were sitting in cultivation on. I have eaten the 5 passages of surprise. the risotto had no bite and was pampy, the ravioli were salted, the fritted fish tasted only after panade, the steak had a delicious crust also parmesan and pesto and tasted very good, but was only as big as a stroke wood box, the kartoffels had too much salt and at dessert we did what it should be. overall our table was more disappointed by eating than enthusiastic. an unbearable loudness in the small room. one of us sat with his chair almost at the corner of the table of another group of 6 people. if someone wanted to get out of this group, one of us had to get up so that he could squeeze himself past our table. every time I had the back of the person almost on my teller. a normal maintenance was not to be carried out, even with the sitting neighbor, it was only in a crumble. after 4 hours in the room I was really wheelsed. relaxing eating is different. I don't want to be more stressed after eating than before. sometimes is less. a couple of chairs/guests less and you wouldn't have to yell like that. Maybe the kitchen would have cooked the foods at the level of the past and I know they can cook great there."

"Kleines, von außen unscheinbares Restaurant. Wir waren auf Empfehlung hier. Pro: Sehr nette Bedienung, geben sich Mühe und zeigen Interesse am Gast schön angerichtetes Essen. Sieht richtig gut aus recht große Portionen, man wird satt Contra Essen war durchschnittlich, aber nicht besonders gut. So. z.B. Fertig Möhren (diese abgerundeten aus Großküchen) und Bohnen, die eher wie Tiefkühl Gemüse gewirkt haben. Das Fleisch zwar gut gebraten, aber trotzdem kein guter Geschmack. Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis sehr schlecht. Glas Rotwein mittlerer Qualität:5,90 €. Unser Abendessen mit 2 Personen: ca. 70€, ohne viel Extras, kein Dessert Flur und Toilettenbereich ziemlich heruntergekommen Ich werde nicht nochmal dort hingehen"

"we had received a voucher for the restaurant florian at the time of the colleagues. the vouchers are only 1 year valid!The plan was to go to the first high season chic to eat two evenings. stupidly, our high season fell on a Sunday, and the restaurant is closed on Sunday evening. we should have been skeptical with these unusual opening times alone.In the meantime, we have reserved a table for today (Saturday, 06.08.16). we have indicated the voucher numbers by phone so that they are longer valid, actually they would have expired on 29.07.16.Of course 18:25 we were in the restaurant. the only waiter, however, was already visibly overloaded with the few guests and other employees did not exist, so we stood out unconclusively until the waiter greeted us in broken German and offered one of the numerous free tables. a note would have been desirable for the reservation. in the price included was a drink. a sangria and a radler shouldn't need more than 5 minutes, but the waiter probably had to sort the empty bottles behind the theke.The buffet, which had been praised as rich, contained melone"

"Wir haben heute das Piazza mit Freunden besucht, die schon vorab von dieser Pizzeria begeistert waren. Nach Vorspeisen und den Hauptgängen konnten wir verstehen warum! Wir bekamen Safran-Aioli mit Focaccia - ein sehr leckerer Gruß aus der Küche und mal etwas anderes! Danach hatten wir Bruschetta und Salat als Vorspeise ausgewählt. Rigatoni Rucola e Salmone, Tagliatelle Pesto e Gamberoni, Spaghetti ai Gamberoni und Tortelloni Ricotta e Spinaci folgten und jeder war von seinem Gericht begeistert. Portionsgröße, Schmackhaftigkeit - perfekt! Der Service war mehr als aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Ausstattung und die Atmosphäre im Restaurant rundeten den sehr guten Gesamteindruck ab und wir genossen einen sehr schönen Abend!"

"this evaluation serves as a follow-up to my last assessment from the summer. we were back to the king a few days ago and I can only say: it was great. as an amuse gueule we received a piquant pumpkin mousse, after which we ordered "gruffled beef carpaccio" - very aromatic and fresh - as well as "fish soup with coriander" - super tasty, delicate crumb fragrance, fresh jacobs - as an appetizer. the two crispy goose bumps of the main course were simply stunning: crispy, braue skin, the delicate meat a lot from the bone - such an excellent cube we have never eaten, the rich berry loaf are homemade and also just delicious. a dessert just didn't fit in anymore, instead we drank an espresso, to which the friendly chefin homemade pralins (!) was enough. although it was very full this evening (in the next room was obviously a big company) the service of frau herbertz and staff as always worked friendly and courteous. after all my visit to the restaurant to the king I can really not understand the critique of "adair168" and can only say: just in a very small local it can happen once that certain dishes are no longer there, this is certainly disappointing, but can just happen. they test "to the king" once again, I think they will be more than satisfied (this type they personally give to a critic of their favourite restaurant)."

"Wir waren mit der Familie in der Königshöhe die Zweite essen. 15 Leute und das ansonsten rappelvolle Restaurant mussten also bedient werden. Die Bedienung war super freundlich, konnte Spaß verstehen und hat sich sehr gut auf die Stimmung der Gäste eingelassen. Es wurde häufig aber nicht penetrant gefragt, ob noch alle zufrieden seien. Ja das waren wir! Das Essen war insgesamt perfekt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist der Hammer. Die Präsentation wunderbar. Wir waren am Freitag (Fischtag) dort und empfanden die Auswahl als phantastisch. So wurde fleißig von der Tages-Fischkarte bestellt. Die Vorspeisen (ich hatte Knoblauchbrot mit drei Dips) waren unglaublich lecker. Das Brot ist kross gebraten und mit Kräuterbutter bestrichen - bereit mit leckeren Dips verspeist zu werden. Zu dem Hauptspeise: Der Tintenfisch war super gebraten, überhaupt nicht zäh. Pizza und Pasta waren ebenfalls sehr lecker. Warum also nur 4 Punkte? Ich muss leider einen abziehen, da mein Fisch trocken war. Ich hatte 3erlei vom Fisch (siehe Foto): Thunfisch, Butterfisch und Schwertfisch. Der Butterfisch war noch schön glasig. Thunfisch und Schwertfisch waren leider etwas zu lang auf dem Grill. Dennoch überzeugte der Geschmack. Aufgrund der 15 Essen, die gleichzeitig raus mussten, empfinde ich es auch nicht als schlimm. Das kann passieren und ich hätte auch reklamieren können. Ich bin sicher, man hätte sich angemessen darum gekümmert. Ich war aber insgesamt so zufrieden, dass ich es dabei belassen habe. Der Salat war super angemacht. Das Dressing fand nicht nur ich phänomenal. Auch die Rosmarinkartoffeln waren auf den Punkt gebraten. Auch die Desserts waren perfekt. Der junge Mann, der das Schokoladensoufflet orderte, stöhnte nicht nur beim ersten Bissen vor Glück. Das Zitroneneis überzeugte sogar einen am Tisch, der kein Fruchteis mag. Die Windbeutel (den italienischen Namen habe ich mir nicht merken können) standen dem in nichts nach (siehe Foto). Das nächste mal (denn ich komme definitiv wieder) werden es mit großer Wahrscheinlichkeit 5 Punkte! :-)PS: die Königshöhe bietet unfassbare Preise an den Aktionstagen (wie zB Schnitzeltag)."

"with high expectations have tried as the striplion from the beefer (800 degrees of) and were unfortunately disappointed. certainly the meat is not bad, but if it is advertised with “incomparable meat” by “famous Irish pasture rivers” and you can offer it at a price of €29.50 you just have to bring more to the teller than good standard. such a meat quality and also preparation I get less and sometimes even better in other restaurants in solingen for about 10€. positiw was that the chef came to the table and took our notes personally and immediately offered a dessert as a small reparation. this came in the form of the whisky pot then also quickly, but unfortunately only confirmed the impression of the main course. here too, the taste was fine again, but at a regular price of 6.50€ you can expect more than deep coolers in whisky “reweeneds” with a ball finished ice. so it remains the conclusion, no total failure but inappropriate prices."
