"We called in here for a hot chocolate and coffee. The sign said wait to be served but staff were serving at the till. Only 6 people were in the cafe. The only menu visible was the 3 Xmas specials. I asked about crepes and waffles and she dug out a menu . It didn’t clearly mention the combo offers so we declined due to price and just ordered a terrys hot chocolate and a coffee. It then turned out we were already third in the queue to be served and the staff started opening cupboards, and eventually left out of the back of the suite. After 12 minutes and my husbands coffee going cold on the counter, the 2 staff returned with the orange syrup. When I asked what had taken so long, and why they hadn’t told us there was an issue so I could change my order, the young lady stood in front of us making excuses. As they were still not preparing our drinks, now 14 minutes after order, we asked for a refund."
