"Locale molto carino dove però non si ha possibilità di prenotare; una volta ordinato da mangiare in cassa è possibile sedersi al tavolo. Il menù è molto ampio, comprende sia i crudi, i tacos, i fritti, i panini e un sacco di altre cose. Nella giornata in cui siamo stati noi non erano disponibili i crudi (tranne le ostriche), i tacos e alcuni ingredienti per i panini. Abbiamo optato per due panini: uno tonno, stracciatella e pesto di pistacchio (era davvero sublime, buonissimissimo), e un secondo panino con tonno stracciatella, salsa carbonara. Con bottiglia di vino bianco, ostriche e fritto di pesce abbiamo speso 25 euro a testa. Do 4 stelle perché non mi è piaciuto molto il tono e i modi della cameriera, capisco la giornata no ma poteva essere un minimo più cortese"

"Fantastic view, but the positive aspects end there, 30 minutes of waiting only to be considered by a waiter, who clearly wasn't the one in possession of the PDA and then another 30 minutes to wait for the one who had it, after having pointed this out, everything is was denied by the waiter in a pedantic manner. Once the 2 gintonics arrived you could immediately notice that they were watered down and with poor tonic (contrary to the price you paid for it) Needless to say, they charged us €5 for 2 chips taken directly from the bag and €3 for service which is hyperbole to call it service. I saw that the owner responded to the complaints of other reviews by saying that it was enough to point it out, but if all those who complain were to point it out I can't even imagine how much longer the waiting times would become. Just some aspect of the restaurant owned by an owner who, judging by how he responds to reviews, has either never been there or pretends not to see. "Convenient and very central location, room with limited internal spaces (much difference between summer and winter), simple and nice, friendly staff; dishes without elaborations, reinterpretations and modernisms: honest and understandable, if the ingredient is not available the owner correctly warns, if an ingredient is not appreciated you can ask for it to be excluded, a sign that they are prepared on site and at the moment; reasonable prices, adequate for the very tourist area, but still below the average of the surrounding places. For calm people who come in to eat well in peace, a stone's throw from the cathedral and castle at a reasonable cost."

"An unforgettable August, spent in Il Garbino . Despite the typical turn of this period, the restaurant shone for efficiency and care in the service, thanks also to a limited number of well-managed tables. For those who want to visit, I highly recommend booking. Welcome with a glass of prosecco and fish breasts. To catch the attention and senses, no doubt, was the culinary proposal. From authentic flavors of cod on velvet of zucchini and steam octopus with potatoes, to the genuine taste of fresh and crispy bread. The ravioli, generously stuffed with shrimps and embellished by a symphony of red shrimps and red and yellow tomatoes, have been a tasteful tryout. The mixed fish fry, with its external crispness and internal softness, has conquered the podium of our tastes. The meal ended gently with lemon sorbet and fresh salad, served with a lemon ice cream ball in a crispy waffle. Everything was accompanied by local chardonnay wine, perfect complement to the meal. To emphasize the taste for musical choice, and volume, which may seem trivial elements but I assure you are not, when you want to have lunch, relax and chat without being forced to raise your voice to make you feel. The price, absolutely in line with the quality offered, reflects the refinement of the dishes, the elegant environment and the competence of the staff. A special mention should be made for Antonio, the owner: his courtesy and attention added an invaluable value to our day. I emphasize that this review is the result of a genuine experience and not of a promotional agreement, of those who have lived a 'high-level gastronomic experience, feeling pampered as if it were in the family. The Garbino definitely found a place in our heart, and it is a destination that we strongly recommend."

"I don't like this place, I went on a trip yesterday with my class and my teacher. Nothing to say because these types of reviews don't even deserve one star. Food (especially the orecchiette) that seemed frozen we found hair and eyelashes etc.. and the various foods that arrived. Not to mention the chips looked like they were made with 45 year old oil. The ones my grandmother makes are better, the chips seemed moldy. The environment was very hot, you couldn't stay, it was better to stay inside the restaurant like the other class. The beautiful bathroom, the mirror that raised the water to the ground on the furniture that looked like Lake Garda. The dessert was all full of lint, in reality all the food they brought us was dusty. My grandmother makes the cutlet x2 better then we asked for the sauces and they said they didn't have them, we saw (opening the drawer they had opened) that they had them, so as not to give them to us. I repeat the dessert, it was clear that it wasn't made by them. Kid-friendliness: I really don't think if a child is precise he can't even enter the restaurant"

"We were looking for a place to eat in Trani and we stopped at the ancient arches. We entered and sat down and, after the bread and the starter, we waited for the first course. It arrives after a long hour and, hungry, we eat it. We had ordered gnocchi with mussels and we received gnocchi with a sauce that was too thick and the mussels all closed. I give three stars for the location, but it still needs to improve a lot. PS: the designated dessert is not present"
