"to be prevented that the location is from 10 boys. Trani talks to himself at the end for those who know her. restaurant located in front of the sea, reservation on Saturday 14.8.21., seeing the chaos around and the speed in sitting we were very optimistic. the problem was on slowness not only in bringing the menu qrcode but also in ordering. accommodated at 22.00, between ordering and service you make the 00.00 with part of dishes waiting. I am not a person who eats starry, nor who has the right skills to judge the composition of a dish, but from barese I know when you need frozen fish (hard tone like stone, frying of cold and gummed tones) or cooked badly. paid 23 euros to ocire more hungry than before, with overall a given dish because unmangiabile. And I always eat anything, but yesterday I just couldn't. I am aware of what happened to the ordering officer in a very quiet way, as I know they were (and you see) messed up yesterday, but I think, having done, this job and having relatives in the catering that should review many points. not only in organizing the chambers for the waiters, who went everywhere chaoticly, but also in the care of what is served and prepared. because in the end, you will not always understand the tourist who does not understand the Italian cuisine and sincerely I believe that having a client who never wants to put place in his own place is not optimal. vote 1 unfortunately. experience in 30 years worse than my life."

"I had a delightful dining experience at this restaurant and would highly recommend it. The amuse bouche, fried pizza with garlic mayo, was a standout dish with a perfect balance of crispy and chewy textures and light, flavorful toppings. It paired well with a sparkling wine that was refreshing and not overpowering. The Eggs “64” with asparagus and potato cream had a light and creamy texture with a flavorful mix of asparagus and egg aromas. While it was slightly under-seasoned, the dish had a perfect portion size and was warmer than room temperature. The white wine pairing was a great match and complemented the dish well. The Crunchy Octopus with carrot cream and citronette sauce was a refreshing dish with a citrusy flavor that paired well with a medium-bodied, slightly sweet white wine. The orange and octopus aromas were not fishy, but the octopus was slightly overcooked. While the cream slightly overpowered the octopus at times, overall, the flavors complemented each other well. The Fettuccine with anchovy cream sauce had a more robust flavor that was complemented by a dry white wine. The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente and had light aromas of garlic and anchovies. The herbs and cookies added a nice crunch to the dish, which was seasoned perfectly. The Dumplings Stuffed with “Picchiapò,” Parmesan Fondue and Laurel Oil was my favorite dish of the night, with a great wine pairing that complemented the sweetness of the dish. The dumplings were crunchy and chewy, while the cheese sauce was delectable and well-seasoned. All the flavors in the dish complemented each other perfectly. The Crispy Boiled Beef and Sauce “Salsa Verde” was very tender and melted in your mouth, but it lacked salt. The full-bodied red wine from Tuscany paired well with the dish, with a slightly dry flavor that complemented the meaty aroma and hints of mustard. The Custard Donuts were warm and chewy, with a delectable custard filling, although it could have had more. The slightly sweet white wine pairing was a great match and complemented the doughnut well. Finally, the chocolate truffles were a perfect way to end the night with a delicious dessert. Overall, the dining experience at this restaurant was exceptional, with great wine pairings and dishes that were well-seasoned and complemented each other perfectly. The standout dish was the Dumplings Stuffed with “Picchiapò,” Parmesan Fondue, and Laurel Oil, which I highly recommend trying. I also want to note that the service at this restaurant was exceptional, with attentive and knowledgeable staff that made the dining experience even better. The atmosphere was great, with a cozy ambiance and nice background music that added to the overall dining experience."

"An unforgettable mid-August holiday, spent at Il Garbino . Despite the typical turnout of this period, the restaurant shone for efficiency and care in service, thanks also to a limited number of well-managed tables. For those wishing to visit, I highly recommend booking. Welcomed with a glass of prosecco and fish breasts. What captured the attention and the senses, without a doubt, was the culinary offering. From the authentic flavors of cod on courgette cream and steamed octopus with potatoes, to the genuine taste of fresh, crunchy bread. The ravioli, generously filled with prawns and embellished with a symphony of red prawns and red and yellow cherry tomatoes, were a riot of flavour. The fried mixed fish, with its external crunchiness and internal softness, has conquered the podium of our tastes. The meal ended sweetly with lemon sorbet and fresh fruit salad, served with a scoop of lemon ice cream in a crunchy wafer. All this was accompanied by local chardonnay wine, a perfect complement to the meal. To underline the taste for the musical choice, and the volume, which may seem trivial elements but I assure you they are not, when you want to have lunch, relax and chat without being forced to raise your voice to be heard. The price, absolutely in line with the quality offered, reflects the refinement of the dishes, the elegant environment and the competence of the staff. A special mention must be made for Antonio, the owner: his courtesy and attention added invaluable value to our day. I underline that this review is the result of a genuine experience and not of a promotional agreement, of someone who has had a high-level gastronomic experience, feeling pampered as if he were with family. Il Garbino has certainly found a place in our hearts, and is a destination we highly recommend."
