"I had a delightful dining experience at this restaurant and would highly recommend it. The amuse bouche, fried pizza with garlic mayo, was a standout dish with a perfect balance of crispy and chewy textures and light, flavorful toppings. It paired well with a sparkling wine that was refreshing and not overpowering. The Eggs “64” with asparagus and potato cream had a light and creamy texture with a flavorful mix of asparagus and egg aromas. While it was slightly under-seasoned, the dish had a perfect portion size and was warmer than room temperature. The white wine pairing was a great match and complemented the dish well. The Crunchy Octopus with carrot cream and citronette sauce was a refreshing dish with a citrusy flavor that paired well with a medium-bodied, slightly sweet white wine. The orange and octopus aromas were not fishy, but the octopus was slightly overcooked. While the cream slightly overpowered the octopus at times, overall, the flavors complemented each other well. The Fettuccine with anchovy cream sauce had a more robust flavor that was complemented by a dry white wine. The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente and had light aromas of garlic and anchovies. The herbs and cookies added a nice crunch to the dish, which was seasoned perfectly. The Dumplings Stuffed with “Picchiapò,” Parmesan Fondue and Laurel Oil was my favorite dish of the night, with a great wine pairing that complemented the sweetness of the dish. The dumplings were crunchy and chewy, while the cheese sauce was delectable and well-seasoned. All the flavors in the dish complemented each other perfectly. The Crispy Boiled Beef and Sauce “Salsa Verde” was very tender and melted in your mouth, but it lacked salt. The full-bodied red wine from Tuscany paired well with the dish, with a slightly dry flavor that complemented the meaty aroma and hints of mustard. The Custard Donuts were warm and chewy, with a delectable custard filling, although it could have had more. The slightly sweet white wine pairing was a great match and complemented the doughnut well. Finally, the chocolate truffles were a perfect way to end the night with a delicious dessert. Overall, the dining experience at this restaurant was exceptional, with great wine pairings and dishes that were well-seasoned and complemented each other perfectly. The standout dish was the Dumplings Stuffed with “Picchiapò,” Parmesan Fondue, and Laurel Oil, which I highly recommend trying. I also want to note that the service at this restaurant was exceptional, with attentive and knowledgeable staff that made the dining experience even better. The atmosphere was great, with a cozy ambiance and nice background music that added to the overall dining experience."
