"we have supper in this colorful and cozy restaurant, upon our arrival welcomes us Franciscan, kind at the right point and without superfluous formalisms, offers us a menu of the week, where we find very interesting the food offered and you know that the goto and the curious and so, we wanted to taste as much as possible. the managers of this place, are young, but they already have a just attitude and a concept that goes beyond the usual catering. In fact, they offer their customers, vegetarian and vegan foods always different, experimenting and drawing from their culture and tradition the ancient culinary wisdom, proper to the places where they were born and lived. is their small village, located in the beautiful valley degano on the carnic Alps. the place is small, looks good, the mise en place is well maintained and tables and chairs are comfortable. The environment is relaxing and quiet, it almost seems to be up in the cabin. Matteo is the chef and there is a lot of experience in the kitchen and this evening she felt, her menu conquered us. all our food was fresh, well cooked, where the ingredients and the raw rolling mills are wisely associated. we have known and gotten really interesting foods that we will remember for their flavors. wine and desserts are always coming from their territory and are fantastic and genuine. our evening was delighted by the good food and the positivity of the two managers, who in my opinion deserve many awards, which I hope will soon arrive. very recommended this place, the price is absolutely fair. vegetarians and vegans, they can be quiet, for great food, this is our eden. thanks"

"The Agricultura Milic is a great place in the mountains above Trieste, still in Italy but at the Slovenian border. So you need a car or a transport whatsoever to get there but as soon as you reach this place you won’t regret it, since it is a country-style Inn, a huge farm house with many farmer’s tools on the walls. Here at Milic they offer you all kinds of organic farmer’s products they (the Milic family) produce themselves, such as ham, smoked bacon, cream cheese with herbs and pumpkin seed oil, parmesan (parmigiano), roast beef, rucola, grain, gnocchi in herb sauce, as well as blood sausages, grill sausages, goulash with noodles, sauerkraut, lasagna with cheese and herb filling, and potato salad. Many of the dishes you get on large wooden plates to underscore the rustic ambience of this place. This all comes with home-made fresh bread (rolls, buns, pinza) coming warm directly out of the oven. As for the drinks, at Milic you get home-made red wine and white wine. For the desert we had vanilla cream with fresh strawberries and home roasted coffee. For the digestive we got a traditional tran of cherry liquor with honey. The food and the wines are very delicious and organic here at Milic. The whole establishment is good for large groups and provides a certain kind of event character, as the Milic is an agricultural place serving their own products in utmost autarky.
