"Ladies and Gentlemen I hope my message reaches you well. We recently visited your restaurant and appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of your staff. Unfortunately, we had to witness twice how the boss or owner treated the employees inappropriately and disrespectfully in the presence of customers. It would be desirable if the boss could behave appropriately in such situations and show more respect towards his employees.
