"To start with we enjoyed bread, patatas bravas and my husbands pork was delicious. The house red was very good too. Unfortunately my tuna cheek was dry, tough and I could not chew it, it was returned to the kitchen and they responded with its cooked correctly, my husband tasted it and said he normally loves tuna but wouldn’t be able to eat it. As we’d just arrived in the city after a long journey from Caceres I asked for it to be removed from the bill rather than choose something else. This is when the owner/manager insisted we pay in a very aggressive manner and we once again said it was inedible and it is not fair to pay for something that is impossible to eat. He offered a coffee as compensation but I don’t drink coffee. His response was to call the police, within 10 minutes 5 policeman arrived and we were informed that it is best to pay and then write to food standards, as we were leaving early the next morning we obviously couldn’t do this. See Tripadvisor review dated3rd May 2018 by BARR 66 whereby the customer had a similar experience and was not charged for his disappointing main. We’ve ate in many places in the world and have never experienced anything so distressing! We met a lovely young Spanish couple in Velvet bakery the next morning who happened to dine in SUKALKI the same evening as us confirmed that tuna should be served pink in order to retain its flavour and tenderness, they were very sympathetic to our situation."

"We went to dinner for a group of seven people who celebrated a birthday. most of us had already been in the mantle before the reform and had eaten from the cinema, so we trusted that we would repeat a good experience. At first everything seemed to go well, they treated us very well, even with wine that gave us all kinds of explanations and served us a very good appetizer. However, as the dinner continued, our disappointment was on the increase, not only because of the quality of the dishes, but because of their scarcity and the total loss of attention of the staff that culminated in a sense of being alone in the restaurant and having to shout for someone to come to our table to assist us. we even joke about going out without paying as we had the door in the middle open (adventure to get the ice cream, to get the dessert). and of which two of quality more than doubtful, in particular the cream with a more than peculiar flavor, and the cod taco confitado. And I wonder, trusting in the water, because I knew absolutely nothing, besides being cold. and to finish dinner, coffee. In response to our request for a cheek, the waitress tells us that the restaurant, has as a rule not to make cheeks. What kind of answer is that? We insist that since they make capsule coffee (another purpose more to add), they do not make cheeks. What will one thing have to do with another? the cheek can be done perfectly, although the capsule coffee has no name in a restaurant with a supposed category. Anyway, dinner started to say in an eight or nine, and ended up in an absolute zero, alone and without warning."
