"the first time I visited the dumb post inn. had a bit when a shock when I saw the paved stones in front and no wheelchair-friendly wise to get to the entrance, except over the gras, that was firm but in winter, which might not be an option and then try to go with the line of the kiesel a short distance to the door. not an ideal start, but the warm welcome helped to negate this first impression. great view, but again sad, we had to sit in there, like no way down for a wheelchair to what looked like a large terrace. it was a glorious day yesterday and that would have made it a five star rating. the staff was very good, helpful, patient and friendly. Apparently, the inside is a listed building, so that the ability to limit changes. in this day and age, although I am sure that accessibility for all would be considered equally important by planning. the menu was not the one I had seen online, but it still had enough for my dad and I choose happily. the calamari was well boiled making a nice change, how often it can be gum-like on other places. that was perfect. the wild mushrooms were in order, in person I would have a bit of garlic with them and the brot a little less grilled/fired, but that's just me. the medium-sized rare steak was perfectly cooked and the thin fryed with the fells also delicious. definitiw recommend the dumb post inn, but next time I go back with capable physical companions who can manage the steps on the terrace, or in winter, if I am sure that the atmosphere inside will be warm and welcoming and provided that it is cold enough for the grass area is hard enough for the wheelchair to press."
