"The hotel is beautiful, it has a well-kept garden. In general, we liked the experience because the room was spacious and comfortable and the service was excellent. However, I agree with some comments that I have read: the pool bar cannot be used because there is no one to serve drinks, the pool is full of insects and, in my opinion, it has a lot of chlorine. I reiterate that the service has been excellent since we had a problem with my shower (it had too much limescale and the water did not come out correctly) and the guy at the reception solved it very quickly, he was very friendly and helpful at all times. We gave ourselves a relaxing massage and, from my point of view, it is not at the level of a 5*, we thought it was just a massage. Finally, we liked breakfast very much. It is not the typical buffet but it has a variety and, above all, it is of a high quality.
