It's not a 5-star hotel, it's too far away. The breakfast is scarce, we arrived and no one attended us, we found out that they made dishes with eggs for other tables and when we asked they told us that there were no eggs. While you have breakfast there are hotel staff passing between the tables with carts, dirty towels, boxes and so on. The girl who serves the breakfasts is in a tracksuit. The hotel is beautiful, it has a well-kept garden. In general, we liked the experience because the room was spacious and comfortable and the service was excellent. However, I agree with some comments that I have read: the pool bar cannot be used because there is no one to serve drinks, the pool is full of insects and, in my opinion, it has a lot of chlorine. I reiterate that the service has been excellent since we had a problem with my shower (it had too much limescale and the water did not come out correctly) and the guy at the reception solved it very quickly, he was very friendly and helpful at all times.
