"Food is ok and the final bill would’t have been high if it wasn’t that they charged an extra 15 CHF because they decided to put in the order a cordon bleu made with veal instead of pork, which I’ve never asked for it since it wasn’t even on the menù. In general the service is poor, it feels like they don’t want you there. I don’t recommend it, there are tons of others better restaurants you can choose."

"They offer a vegan burge. I was really surprised how it is a usual fast food chain like McDonalds etc. The burger itself was what I expected, but not a really good burger. Just what you expect from such a fast food chain. But nice to have the option if you're out in the evening and want to grab something fast."

"Already a fan of their tacos, trying their popular brunch was also a must do and it certainly did not disappoint. The portions are not huge but this is done on purpose, the idea is ordering several dishes and sharing. The drink menu may be small but it’s got everything to accompany a great brunch. Just too bad they don’t see business in selling their lovely logoed coffee mugs!"

"Absolutely loved our meal here. Got a table outside after our hotel concierge called over for a spot. It was a total European moment as the sun set behind the medieval buildings with a gentle stream of passers by. Highlight meal of our trip even compared with Maison Manesse. We went with the chef’s surprise menu and it was stellar beginning to end. I’m gluten free and they subbed out bread with a lovely gf option. Our server also recommended a fantastic wine for our meal and the cocktail I had to start might be the drink of the summer! Highly recommended. Everything that went by to other tables looked fabulous too and I wanted to go back to try more."

"This review is in regards to their delivery service: As it was recommended by a colleague, and their homepage says that they offer delivery, we thought it would be a great opportunity to place an order for a client lunch at our office. After some emails back and forth, they confirmed the order and delivery for today. Unfortunately, they never showed up and when we called to ask, no one knew anything about it, even though we have a confirmation by email. If you can't guarantee a delivery, then don't offer it! We ended up having to scramble to get a replacement last minute, not to mention, it was super embarrassing for us in front of the client. Will never order from here again. Terrible service!"

"I went here before getting a connection to the airport from Zurich Central. Immediately upon entering, a very friendly employee noticed we spoke English and quickly directed us to the English menu. She told us to take a seat and we could order at the counter when ready and was extremely helpful. I got the Big Cheese burger and was able to use my American student card to get a discount for the meal that comes with fries and a drink. The burger itself has a sort of smoky taste and the meat is very different from what you'd find in the US but still tasty. It might not have been the best burger I've ever had but the fries were absolutely delicious. They were thick and crispy on the outside and the potato on the inside was creamy and they were salted perfectly. One of the best fries I've had, which was a pleasant surprise. My only recommendation is if you don't have a big appetite two people could probably split one meal as the burger and fries are both extremely filling. The prices here are also good for Zurich although a $20USD burger meal would be a lot in the US at a fast food-like restaurant."

"Terrible management issues. Wait staff poor and management worse. Ordered salad and pizza and the staff couldn’t find our table for delivery. One was the manager who said he would be back with two small plates. We never saw him again or the plates. Pressured to leave a tip. Agree with other reviews. Stay clear. There are so many wonderful restaurants with wonderful wait staffs, go there."

"I have been in Zurich for a 5 nights visit, and since the restaurant is right on Bahnhofstrasse, i had the chance to explore various restauranta nearby. But no one can compare to this restaurant. i wanted to taste some sushi and we have seen from outside that Yooji’s had a conveyor belt sushi offer. It turns out that they have a very nice decoration (one floor down), the moving Sushi bar is very great And also with digital tablet for order food from seat and the variety is suitable for all customers choice. "Sometimes less is more. The seating is comfortable, the service is good, the food is nicely presented, but I miss the lightness of the warm and honest hospitality. You want a lot here, but you can still feel and taste that everyone here is just doing their job. A fried egg on a citizen, which is then covered in sauce so that it can only be eaten with a knife and fork, has not understood the basic principle of a burger. Only the designer can understand why the dessert is also served on a wooden block on a platter, even though it was visually and tastefully impressive. Sometimes it's just the simple things that you can only really enjoy when there isn't so much fuss around it. There was nothing wrong with the food or service, but it was just average and not outstanding. The price is slightly upwards, but still within reasonable limits. Unfortunately, it is not enough for us to wish to visit again."

"The service on this Cafe is not friendly at all. Also I am quite impressed that there were no Luxemburgueli available if they are always available in the normal stores. Instead they offered some sort of new version and didn’t say they costed more. I also think it is quite shameless that they pass the survey with the bill already filled with good reviews, not allowing the guest to actually rate their service. It’s not as nice as they think it is, or maybe they don’t want guests to rate the actual service they receive. The only good thing from this place is the quality of the Sprüngli products, which is good as always. It is better just to grab sprüngli products from one of the normal stores and eat in some other Cafe."

"The ambiance is very pleasant, a mix between fancy and relaxed, where the food is the main attraction. Every single plate was very different and with a pleasant intensity. Everything was well cooked, incredibly delicious and the service was super fast. It is indeed a little bit expensive when compared to similar experiences, but it didn't disappoint."

"I went with some friends for the brunch. 2 of us arrived a little first, so the waitress asked us if we wanted to have something. I told her no, I had to wait for the rest of the people at the table to arrive. Ok, she brought me a glass of tap water, such a nice gesture Imagine my surprise when i saw on the bill she charge 6CH in addition to the 46CH of the break fast for the damn glass of tap water I hadn 't even ordered. Plus it took them almost an hour to bring us the breakfast, it 's definitely not worth it."

"Love the experience we got from the food here. The very hype steak restaurant and finally we have the opportunity to try in Zurich. This restaurant always has a very long queue in Paris. Price in Zurich is the branch much more expensive at 45 CHF per person for the Steakfries. When we came to the restaurant, the staff asked how we wanted to be our steak and whether we would like to order drinks. Staff were friendly, restaurant is very clean and stylish look. We have a plate of salad and bread for appetizers. Not long after that, steaks and pommes are served. Note that they are half part first and another half when you are done with the first. Portion was quite small for the price. Steak is nicely cooked, frits are fresh and sauce is really nice!! We also ordered their famous profiterole and they are so good!!! Don't miss this! Overall we loved the place, but I guess it's too expensive for what you get. Plus point is not a queue and you can easily reserve before you come!"

"By far the best Vietnamese restaurant in Zurich and one of the best I have ever been internationally. The Vietnamese family managing the restaurant is proficient in delivering top quality dishes. When we lived in Zurich for almost 10 years we used to go there as a family at least 3 times per month and we have tried almost every dish. The environment of the restaurant is nice and kids friendly. The prices are fair, the portion sizes satisfying and the service is good and efficient. I have been to this restaurant with Chinese friends too who are usually very picky and rather reluctant to eat non-Chinese food: They were so pleased with the quality it has become their favorite place in Zurich. Well done to this restaurant, it is exceptional"
