"we thought we would avoid the Saturday evening rush and order around 16:10, so we didn't have to wait forever until it comes. this was the first time we used 'best kebab' and will be the last. uber eats said it would be delivered 16:50-17:10... the seemed a bit overly for the £20 order (1 x kebab, 1 x burger, 1 x cheesy chips and 1 x mozerella sticks.) but it is what it is. it will be 17:10 and we will wait. it is until 17:30 and we are waiting. 17:35 And we clink, they say they have a problem with their rides, and there will be 10 minutes, no apologies, nothing. eating came around 17:45, no apologies, nothing. eating was in the average. my partner “Special” burger (bef mit donnerfleisch) had 4 pieces donner on a lukewarm but crispy burger. my kebab was also lukewarm and I had never had so chewy meat in my life. the chips that were in the box were divided into two layers, the lower half closest to the box was like a red musk (obvily at any place it was hot and simply shaped into one with the condensation) and the upper side were hard as nails and cold. Mozerella sticks needed to heat as they were fixed and the Cheesy chips were only lukewarm with a mass of cold, solid cheese up. if they can not provide a delivery grater to ensure that their warm food is delivered immediately (we live about 6 minutes away) then they do not offer any delivery. do not pack their food ready and leave it easy until someone appears to deliver it, otherwise they will their customers inedible sh!t. revolver with our usual choice of spire pizzas. can not recommend this enough, along with express kebab house, which are just around the corner of this “business”. I will never use “Best Kebab” again. do not make the same mistake."

"I ordered chicken from this shop last week. I will never, ever eat here again and it has really made me rethink about where I eat from. My drumstick was dripping with blood when I bit into it and when I showed the man he said it was probably just an artery and appeared to feel that was OK for me to eat, which makes me query their food standards. The man gave me some wings instead as I refused to eat what I had and all was OK (altho at this stage I was put off my food), when I ripped open the wing I found all wet blood in it. I threw the food in the bin and was worried for 24 hours if I'd be food poisoned. Luckily my health wasn't affected however, as stated I won't ever eat here and from now on I'm rethinking where I eat. My health is worth more than a cheap meal! I am concerned with the other views that this place is continually under cooking foods!"

Fish was dry and rubbery charged £12 for this is disgusting I'd rather eat gravel. Called to complain and all the chef said he cooked it himself and there was nothing wrong. The staff, particularly an Indian man who seems to be in charge, lacks respect and behaves as though he is the CEO of a 5-star Michelin restaurant. "I used to be a fan of The Lobster Pot, but on my most recent visit, I was extremely disappointed with the fish and chips I ordered. Priced at £11 for a large portion, the fish was inedible, with lots of hard, brown, and chewy bits. The chips were also terrible, despite being promised freshly made chips - they seemed to have just reheated old ones. The overall quality was very poor, with a tasteless flavor and black bits on the potatoes. I'm not sure what has caused the decline in the quality of this restaurant."

"I've had grilled chicken platter meals delivered from there and the it tasted good. However, I've been to the place a couple times in person, and I saw how they made their grilled chicken: they simply re-cooked their already cooked chicken breast from a chicken...breast reserve. Also, I've had fried chicken from their twice. While the crust is nicely spiced and tasty, the second time I went, the chicken breast clearly tasted under-cooked or gone-off. I would not recommend coming there for fried chicken. Regarding the staff, they're quite rude and don't say hello when you say hi to them."
