"I ordered chicken from this shop last week. I will never, ever eat here again and it has really made me rethink about where I eat from. My drumstick was dripping with blood when I bit into it and when I showed the man he said it was probably just an artery and appeared to feel that was OK for me to eat, which makes me query their food standards. The man gave me some wings instead as I refused to eat what I had and all was OK (altho at this stage I was put off my food), when I ripped open the wing I found all wet blood in it. I threw the food in the bin and was worried for 24 hours if I'd be food poisoned. Luckily my health wasn't affected however, as stated I won't ever eat here and from now on I'm rethinking where I eat. My health is worth more than a cheap meal! I am concerned with the other views that this place is continually under cooking foods!"

Ordered for my son kebab smelt and tasted funny manager wouldnt acceot it no replacement sent only weak apology offered suggeted i go to restaurant to see how its cooked (insisted it was cooked fresh) wont be ordering again had to bin the food

I have ordered from this pizza place many times. Their pizza is incredibly delicious and they offer a great value deal for someone like me who eats alone. The pizzas are cooked to perfection and are very tasty. I highly recommend this place and I do not understand the negative reviews.

Today I ordered a margarita pizza and 3 cans of coke,An hour late,i fone them to ask the whereabouts of my pizza,they asked me again what I ordered,I then turn up to my door 1 hour 20 mins,the driver went to the wrong house My pizza was stone cold and instead of coke they brought Pepsi,my night was ruined

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced! We received the wrong meal, called to explain, and were told by the man on the phone that they couldn't send us the correct meal or something similar. When we mentioned getting Deliveroo involved, he hung up on us. The food that was delivered was cold and not what we had ordered. I will never order from this restaurant again.

I ordered a pizza for delivery, but the driver brought it to the wrong address. When the food finally arrived, it was cold. The driver was rude and even threw the food in the bin. He was also disrespectful to my friend, who was celebrating her birthday. I have never had issues with this restaurant in the past, but because of this experience, I will not be ordering from here again. I will be looking for delivery options elsewhere from now on.
