"Ordered from here on the phone was extremely rushed and didn’t get the order correct. Put the phone down on me twice cause he said he was busy. Then it came within ten mins off ordering. The garlic bread was warm but full of grease dripping off it both kebabs was hard narn bread could not chew or it was like cardboard. The meat was freezing and unsure why as we live around the corner and the garlic bread was hot? Worst kebab I’ve ever eaten. Food was here 1 min so we called up and explained the person we spoke to the owner could not have being more rude. Just kept repeating himself saying “sorry you feel this way” multiple times. We asked for a refund and he said he dosent believe us we said we will bring it to shop him and he said he dosent have time to speak to us. We paid £19 for this food and even tipped the driver and we haven’t eaten any off it. Will not be going to this place again and will keep posting. Worst rude mannered people and never in my life have I made a bad review."

"I ordered chicken from this shop last week. I will never, ever eat here again and it has really made me rethink about where I eat from. My drumstick was dripping with blood when I bit into it and when I showed the man he said it was probably just an artery and appeared to feel that was OK for me to eat, which makes me query their food standards. The man gave me some wings instead as I refused to eat what I had and all was OK (altho at this stage I was put off my food), when I ripped open the wing I found all wet blood in it. I threw the food in the bin and was worried for 24 hours if I'd be food poisoned. Luckily my health wasn't affected however, as stated I won't ever eat here and from now on I'm rethinking where I eat. My health is worth more than a cheap meal! I am concerned with the other views that this place is continually under cooking foods!"

"I made a huge mistake. I never review any restaurant, even if they are bad, but this restaurant is a joke. I went there and ordered a wrap for $5.99. I expected it to come with a drink or at least fries. I waited nearly 7 minutes, then she brought me the sandwich. I expected it to be hot, but guess what? It was cold chicken sandwich, full of cold salad and dry with no sauce. Terrible experience."

"Pictures kind of say it all. Ordered meal for two. One cant stand cucumber but other has reflux issues with cucumber and tomato so both avoid both in meals (read vomiting, all night stomach cramps and generally feeling rubbish for 24hours). We believe instructions were clear but feel free to disagree. Meal delivered with cucumber and tomato on both. Called takeaway to resolve and got through after 15mins to be offered a part credit which we declined. It was either full credit or replacement of the kebabs. Driver came 30mins later with replacement. Asked for the first kebabs back (which were in bin by that point) however given to him. Wings and chips ok but too tired to eat the kebabs as had eaten rest whilst it was hot given partial order replacement only. Meal tomorrow sorted is a bonus mind.... we think."

"It was very easy to order our pizza for delivery from this restaurant on Sunday, October 15th. We decided to take advantage of their BOGOF deal and ordered their largest size. Unfortunately, both pizzas had little to no BBQ sauce, my pizza was burnt, the chicken was hardly noticeable, and there was a sparse amount of onion topping. It was difficult to determine what exactly was on top of my pizza, and it arrived cold. Overall, this was one of the worst pizzas I have ever had. I called to complain and was told I would receive a discount on my next order, but I expressed doubts that there would be a next time after this disappointing experience. The person on the phone apologized, but I made it clear that the pizzas were awful and the worst I have ever had. We will likely go back to ordering from a different pizza restaurant in the future."

"This restaurant has two sections, a bar and a restaurant. The bar can be a bit noisy, especially on a Friday night, so we decided to sit in the restaurant instead. It was a charming place with friendly staff, delicious meals, and affordable prices. If we find ourselves back in Scotland, my fiancé and I will definitely visit again. Highly recommended."

"This was my second visit to this restaurant. Unfortunately, the first visit was better than the second. The wrong burger was brought out initially, but a replacement was given along with extra fries. We were overcharged when we were leaving, but the mistake was rectified and a refund was given on my card. We had to pay a £5 deposit per person to book their bottomless breakfast/brunch, but this was refunded in cash when we paid. The drinks listed are only bottomless. The French toast breakfast was much larger than expected, and my friend struggled to finish it. Overall, my previous visit during the summer had gone smoothly. Parking was limited, but we didn't have an issue finding a spot as it was quiet when we visited."

"Friendly service, piping hot food, mouthwatering flavours, and a fun, chill blues y vibe what's not to love about Chicken Blues! They marinate their chicken in the most incredible seasoning, in my opinion it's best on its own or dipped in the homemade ranch sauce. The wraps are amazing as well. As an American living in Bournemouth, this is the closest I've found to authentic, home cooked chicken and sides, very similar to my own grandmother's recipes! We'll be repeat customers for life!"

"Had my birthday meal here last night there was 9 of us, the food was outstanding, so fresh and tasty not 1 complaint from anyone, lots of empty plates from starters to main courses, food has been brilliant anytime we have came here, had a lovely strawberry daiquiri which I loved, only 1 issue and that was the length of time we had to wait on food coming and drinks, only 2 lovely boys working the floor/bar and we did have to wait a considerable amount of time for drinks, and quite some time from the kitchen from the time we had starter till main course, cannot fault the staff at all as they were doing their best but maybe a little more staff in as there was a good few tables full for meals. Still 5 tho as everything was lovely and yes the embarrassing bringing out of the birthday cake and singing to me as well happened. Xxx"
