"The food I ordered a £1.99 KFC snack box, which was brought out to me with a speedy response, the chicken was cooked well, coupled with some lovely fries . The delivery service which they run as a secondary service did not affect the delivery of the food, from the ordering stage which was prompt, once again I will definitely be ordering from this branch in the future Impressed with the service"

"I went to this kfc with my family after a football game. When we arrived at the drive through, we were automatically racially profiled and treated with the up most disrespect. Staff were very rude, stand off ish, disrespectful etc. We were asked to pull around to park up to wait for our food when our food arrived. The other staff member was EXTREMELY rude, lacked customer service and wasn’t polite. When we were about to drive off the burger was completely thrown in the bag without boxing, we were disgusted and had to drive back. We went into the kfc where the manager continuously mocked and laughed at our complaint and told his colleague jokingly to go round the back. He didn’t apologise for the inconvenience but continued to redo our order. I’VE NEVER EVER BEEN SO DISGUSTED IN MY LIFE WHAT HAPPENED TO HUMAN DECENY AND RESPECT! we got our food and walked out never will we ever step foot in such a RACIST place again."
