"I'm a regular customer to this kfc and I've never been so disgusted by the language and lack of customer service I received on my last!!!!! Visit . I would of thought kfc would employ qualified staff with skills that involves customer service . Kfc human resources need to attend this store and make changes !! I/e new manager !!!! Chances are they won't only won't our money which I will never do again. Even the immature girl serving me needs sacking !!! Avoid save your money it's not appreciated at this kfc .!! Kfc fix your rude unqualified staff ......"

Paid £20 for our 1 takeaway for the month and it was like having a mouthful of salt with every bite. Made both of us sick and food went in the bin. Never use this restaurant.

Went here for a takeaway. The touch screens were absolutely filthy, more germs than a toilet seat no doubt. Floors were just as bad. Also to top it off no AC whilst you waited!

I visited KFC for the first time today. Ordering was easy using the touch screens, allowing me to add extra items and donate to Comic Relief. The food arrived quickly, and the staff was efficient and polite.

The food was tasty, but the service was extremely slow. The self-service machines were also not working, which added to the delay. It took a long time for my order to be ready, even though there were only 2 people ahead of me in line. View menu

Have been in a number of KFCs over the years but this is at the bottom. A wrap which can be seen in the picture. Good point was the piece of chicken was tasty however the filling looks like the staff could not bd bothered filling as displayed on their posters. Suggest visiting another food outlet

mrs. d kennison. once again, kfc canterbury has my order crushed up, it can not be hard, 4 Cheesy reels...big Papi-Mahl.... fully loaded meal .ca 16.00 give or a few pence, why to hell I was pounded to £21 something. bloodthirsty idiots .they only have to list on the order, have the keys up until they read back to the customer...and they can't do that?

Took so long from ordering to sitting down, I think they were catching, plucking and frying the chicken! The seating area was disgusting with food strewn all over the floor and table wobbly. When f I nilly food came chip flacid and burger cold! All round a horrible visit! On one positive note there was one member of staff who seemed to be serving and cleaning and was really polite. The food quality at this restaurant was subpar - the chicken was dry and underseasoned, and the burger was falling apart and poorly assembled. The sweetcorn was just sweetcorn. I received a free snack box with a student promotion, but it didn't make much of a difference as it was bland and unappetizing. It seemed like they forgot the 11 spices. Overall, not a finger-licking good experience. Despite this, I will still be returning.

Horrible... The restaurant (Trough) was dirty and needed a **** good sweep and then a jet wash! Staff were there but that 's about all I can say about them. The food was hot, the chicken was dry and overcooked. You have the cheek to charge £2 for a tablespoon full of baked beans that were so overcooked they came out of the pot in one clump! A full tin of beans is 80p that 's a 1200 per cent markup!!! The Large Fries HaHaHa! In what world was that a large portion of Fries!!! DO NOT EAT HERE IT SH IT!!!

"After never visiting Canterbury before we where looking for somewhere to have a late lunch, we came across this place which looked ok, upon entering the back room we were offered to take a seat in the front area and someone will be with us. We asked what food there was and we where sarcastically shown the food on the blackboard, after choosing what we wanted the polite man went off and put the order in. We did feel that because the man had asked a couple of questions to another member of staff that he was spoke down too a bit. Anyway after placing the order and what we wanted the food came out it wasn’t correct but because it seemed like we were going to interrupt the people in the back room we just took what we had. It was nice food though. When we went to pay we hadn’t noticed that there wasn’t a price list so when we asked for the bill we were told that it was donation, what we thought was enough, it wasn’t posted anywhere and it took us by surprise as we where standing at the till, I was going to pay in cash but was told they don’t take cash so I had to give my donation in card by telling the person how much we where donating. After plucking a figure out of air as we wasn’t prepared we paid and left. Upon leaving we felt that the person we paid thought we hadn’t paid enough and wasn’t happy with the amount but after working out what we would have paid properly we worked out that we had paid more than what it might have been if there was a proper price on everything. Overall it has a great ethos and it’s great for giving people the experience that they need to be in a working environment but they need to show the price or tell customers first that it’s donations and card only."
