"Took a very long to get served. Took 1 hour to get our food. Asked for a desert menu and it took half an hour to get, had to chase after the staff to get it. They then brought the wrong desert. I understand it can be busy and there might be less staff but being in a restaurant for 2 hours 45 minutes to get a main and dessert is ridiculous"

"The food arrived cold at the table, and the chips we ordered for the baby were covered in salt. Overall, it was a really disappointing meal, and I've had poor service here in the past as well."
